Alex Iwobi actually develope himself very much especially on his technical ability.. Years in years out I see his game, lot of improvement unlike Walcott, Wilshere and Chamberlain.. But we already sell him to Everton.. Hope he can improve a lot there too..

Even Hector Bellerin, Gael Clichy, Kieran Gibbs, Alexander Song get their market value increase more because of their attacking abilities and physical attributes, not their defensive abilities.. Sebastian Squillaci, Skhodran Mustafi, Andre Santos, Gabriel Paulista, Thomas Vermaelen, Emannuel Frimpong, Brazilian Denilson, Matthew Debuchy, Manuel Almunia, Lukasz Fabianski, Wojciech Szczesny, Laurent Koscielny, Granit Xhaka, Mohammed Elneny, Francis Coquelin are the prove our defense coach is very very very bad.. No matter it's Wenger era or Emery era, as long there's no one to fix that coaching system that go fuckin bloody wrong, the problem will still exist no matter who's the main coach or manager.. And no matter is it Jose Mourinho, Marco Ancelotti, Zinedine Zidane or Diego Simeone come to replace Unai, that problem has to be fixed, otherwise it's like a cancer killing our club and they'll just do the same like Unai and Arsene.. While Tottenham as we know the small club in North London sign Alderweireld, Lloris, Vertonghen few years ago and make them consistant for them for years, even reaching Champion League final with them.. They did it because they can't trust their teammate behind them to defend properly, that's why good talent with high football brain like Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Abou Diaby get injured too much, because they know how bad player behind them in defending but we all know Wilshere Ramsey Diaby isn't the defending talent at all and that's not the reason they come to our club.. And they know they can't trust them and win a game because they have high football IQ.. They go from a talent of role 10 at young age at acedamny to a consistent role 8 in first team and end up with a fail role 6 and stuck at the fail role 6 and decent role 8 rotating with other fail defensive product with lesser and lesser passion in football year in year out.. While superstar like Mesut Ozil know, and don't care too much, as a playmaker especially role 10 like in Germany National Team where every player has their own responsiblities, he has to believe in his teammate, so he save his energy and not tracking back, focus on preparing next build up or counter which he get his wage for, but fans is too dumb to say he's lazy.. The same shit happen with Lionel Messi at Argentina National Team.. And about Granit Xhaka, he's actually no talent at defending at all, he's panic in defending, technically bad in dribbling and pace, can't predict the ball well, can't slide tackle properly, not even a defensive talent at all.. And maybe he's a good team player, that's why he's captain, and probably he is willing to sacrifice and play more a defensive role with the hope to make his team better, but he's not good at it and not even talented at it.. Watch 2015-2016 Danny Drinkwater of Leicester, he's the same kind of player with Granit Xhaka, the good thing is, Danny Drinkwater has 2 proper zonal center back, Wes Morgan and Robert Huth, we don't have.. I can see Granit Xhaka playing for Leicester in 2015-2016 and still believe he can do the same job as Danny Drinkwater and win the league.. Even better.. While N'Golo Kante is just the same type of player with Lucas Torreira before Leicester win the league.. But the difference is they've good defensive coach who can make Banter United sign Harry Maguire (Their product) for that kind of money which we paid for Nicolas Pepe.. That show how good their defensive coaching is.. So, Xhaka not even a defensive player and defensive brainer at all and it's not his fault, he must play as center midfielder, like he did in Bundesliga and early era when he just came to our club.. He's making sacrifice and ruining his own career for the sake of our bad defense.. But the problem of our defense is bigger than that.. It's systematic and massive problem.. It can't be solve by signing a The Next Sergio Ramos or Raphael Varane or The Next Gerard Pique or what.. We can sign Upamecano, Koulibaly even Varane and so on.. But they'll end up becoming the new Mustafi, Squillaci, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Coquelin, Elneny if there's no revolution in our defensive coaching.. COACHING STAFF REVOLUTION IS NEEDED.. They were good that season but the defense was far error prone to make it into the top four like for example conceding 3 goals in games against Leicester Wolves and Crystal Palace didn't help

problem with miki is he is body isnt keeping up with what he wants to do. so a central roll would benifit him greatly
arsenal played so much better with Bellerin . once he got injured it seemed to go all downhill

There's something go very wrong in Arsenal coaching system especially in defense because in the LAST DECADE there's no even one defensive player on our club get their market value increase because his defensive abilities.. Even Hector Bellerin, Gael Clichy, Kieran Gibbs, Alexander Song get their market value increase more because of their attacking abilities and physical attributes, not their defensive abilities..
Sebastian Squillaci, Skhodran Mustafi, Andre Santos, Gabriel Paulista, Thomas Vermaelen, Emannuel Frimpong, Brazilian Denilson, Matthew Debuchy, Manuel Almunia, Lukasz Fabianski, Wojciech Szczesny, Laurent Koscielny, Granit Xhaka, Mohammed Elneny, Francis Coquelin are the prove our defense coach is very very very bad.. No matter it's Wenger era or Emery era, as long there's no one to fix that coaching system that go fuckin bloody wrong, the problem will still exist no matter who's the main coach or manager.. And no matter is it Jose Mourinho, Marco Ancelotti, Zinedine Zidane or Diego Simeone come to replace Unai, that problem has to be fixed, otherwise it's like a cancer killing our club and they'll just do the same like Unai and Arsene..
While Tottenham as we know the small club in North London sign Alderweireld, Lloris, Vertonghen few years ago and make them consistant for them for years, even reaching Champion League final with them.. We Arsenal keep producing new version of Squillacis year in year out..
If you follow Arsenal in the last decade.. The last time we've a proper system in defense is when Pat Rice is still our assistant manager.. After he resign.. It's Steve Fuckin Bould who become our assistant manager.. And it get worse every year..
And the bad defense resulting our midfield has the bigger workload in every game.. They has to press, has to back track, has to dive tackles, has to run back, has to do panic defending action like what Granit Xhaka did at NLD much more than any midfield on Premier League while our good player like Wilshere, Xhaka, Ramsey are not even talented at defending at all, resulting more and more of our midfield player get injured season in season out.. Has less and lesser passion in football because of those failure..
They did it because they can't trust their teammate behind them to defend properly, that's why good talent with high football brain like Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Abou Diaby get injured too much, because they know how bad player behind them in defending but we all know Wilshere Ramsey Diaby isn't the defending talent at all and that's not the reason they come to our club.. And they know they can't trust them and win a game because they have high football IQ.. They go from a talent of role 10 at young age at acedamny to a consistent role 8 in first team and end up with a fail role 6 and stuck at the fail role 6 and decent role 8 rotating with other fail defensive product with lesser and lesser passion in football year in year out..
While superstar like Mesut Ozil know, and don't care too much, as a playmaker especially role 10 like in Germany National Team where every player has their own responsiblities, he has to believe in his teammate, so he save his energy and not tracking back, focus on preparing next build up or counter which he get his wage for, but fans is too dumb to say he's lazy..
The same shit happen with Lionel Messi at Argentina National Team..
And about Granit Xhaka, he's actually no talent at defending at all, he's panic in defending, technically bad in dribbling and pace, can't predict the ball well, can't slide tackle properly, not even a defensive talent at all.. And maybe he's a good team player, that's why he's captain, and probably he is willing to sacrifice and play more a defensive role with the hope to make his team better, but he's not good at it and not even talented at it.. Watch 2015-2016 Danny Drinkwater of Leicester, he's the same kind of player with Granit Xhaka, the good thing is, Danny Drinkwater has 2 proper zonal center back, Wes Morgan and Robert Huth, we don't have.. I can see Granit Xhaka playing for Leicester in 2015-2016 and still believe he can do the same job as Danny Drinkwater and win the league.. Even better.. While N'Golo Kante is just the same type of player with Lucas Torreira before Leicester win the league.. But the difference is they've good defensive coach who can make Banter United sign Harry Maguire (Their product) for that kind of money which we paid for Nicolas Pepe.. That show how good their defensive coaching is..
So, Xhaka not even a defensive player and defensive brainer at all and it's not his fault, he must play as center midfielder, like he did in Bundesliga and early era when he just came to our club.. He's making sacrifice and ruining his own career for the sake of our bad defense.. But the problem of our defense is bigger than that.. It's systematic and massive problem.. It can't be solve by signing a The Next Sergio Ramos or Raphael Varane or The Next Gerard Pique or what.. We can sign Upamecano, Koulibaly even Varane and so on.. But they'll end up becoming the new Mustafi, Squillaci, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Coquelin, Elneny if there's no revolution in our defensive coaching.. COACHING STAFF REVOLUTION IS NEEDED..
We as Arsenal fans can't blame a lose to a single individual, that's not how a proper big club work, Granit Xhaka has a good behavior and passion for football.. But he's not talented in defending at all.. But all of our defensive product failed for decades, he do the job that no one willing to do as a captain, but yes he fail, he has bigger dissapointment for himself than us.. We must support him, make him change his mind to play as proper center midfielder again, he has bigger talent and ability than Danny Drinkwater of Leicester 2015-2016 Premier League Champion.. But we don't have N'Golo Kante, Robert Huth and Wes Morgan because our defensive coaching system fail in every similar product like Kante, Huth and Morgan..
Francis Coquelins, Sebastian Squilaccis, Thomas Vermaelens, Gabriel Paulistas, Laurent Koscielnys, Andre Santoses, Emannuel Frimpongs and so on.. All failed to become our Kante, our Huth, our Morgan..
While our neighbor the small club in North London can sign Vertonghen, Alderweired, Lloris few season ago and make them consistant for years until they reach a Champion League Final, the best achievement of the small club in North London..
