Chicken marination:

Salt - half tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Badshah garam masala - half tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 (half)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Raw egg - 1
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Masala powders:

Chicken Fry Part:

Marinated chicken
(Fry for 10 mins on medium flame)
(After that cut each piece into half)
Boiled rice Part:

SONA MASOORI RICE - 1 GLASS (250gms)
(WASH & Pour water)
Water - 1 1/2 Glass
3 Whistles (In pressure cooker)
Eggs - 2 (Beaten)
Chicken Fried Rice Making Process:

Oil - 3 tbsp
Beaten eggs
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fried chicken pieces
Chopped:
Beans - 2 tbsp
Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 4 tbsp
Green chillies - 1 tbsp
Boiled rice for 2 people
Salt
Badshah garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - half tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - half tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
White pepper powder - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp

I tried this recipe today and had no clue that it's gonna turn this amazing. Such an amazing taste, I live abroad and took this badsha masala from India from my last visit. Trust me, i have absolutely no words of how amazing this dish tasted. Just the same that all indians who travel abroad have always been craving for and wanted to have one.
Perfect street style match. Wish I could invent more words of how amazing I feel after trying this recipe. Nothing fancy nothing magical at all which all of us think after eating at road side, assuming they do something which we are not aware of.
