I've been there man, I know how hard it can be. The first thing you need to do is find a support systems for yourself to get mentally stable. Find a therapist, call a suicide help line, talk to friends and family, whatever it takes to make sure you get help. Don't try to do this alone. Your life is worth more than it feels like right now. It's not an easy road out of depression, but it's 100% worth taking.

@@alaaeddinedridi1678 For me, this has been the sum total of all my stupidity, bad decisions and failure to properly treat the body G-d gave me. The worst part is knowing its all my fault and there's nothing I can do to fix, or at least mitigate the damage. All I can feel is regret and emptiness and hopelessness. It's literally a living hell. I can't even take my life because of the people I'd hurt. Its my cross to bear, I guess.
