No, i wish it did, but it didn't. vehicles use a sensor to see how fast your tires are spinning, and that determines your spedometers reading. (hence why if you get bigger tires, your spedometer will say you're going slower) And so if that tire is spinning, it can't accurately measure how fast you're going. so basically, the VW had a TON of wheelspin
