Honestly, as bad as the Boom games were (although the second one wasn’t actually terrible), the cartoon was REALLY good.

It comes from an episode called "The Meteor" where Sonic and Dr. Eggman switched bodies/brains for the rest of the episode. How did this happen? Tails figured out that if two people touch the purple rock at the same time, they will switch brains.

in sonic boom they only had like 9 cast member for the voices so alot of the voices are also done by the crew VA
for example dave (who did that funny noise) is also the same VA as sonic
Roger was Dave? Didn't know that. Also the funny noise was just him saying 'Hey' with the way Dave is wimpy and also the clip was cut before he finished his 'hey'

The Sonic Boom games might be god awful with bad writing, but this show is genuinely funny and one of my favorite game to TV adaptations.

Tails needs parts, so he uses his "Build-it Box." Knuckles asks to make a car(with a built-in pizza oven), and Tails says he doesn't have a big enough Build-it box. Sonic, in this line, is attempting to ask him why he can't just make it bigger, but he has trouble saying it.

I believe the reason why Knuckles is so stupid is because he was originally meant to be the comic relief character, but then everyone ended up being comic relief so he just became the really dumb one.
The show is good I fell the games that came out for the show kinda made people stay away from it cause all those games for the show was awful.
shows actualy pretty funny, but i completly understand if its not some sonic fans style, it does masivvly change the characters, but its fine it doesint pretend to be a mainline cannon series its just a simple comedy for its own sake and its written well for what it is.

Crazy how Sonic Boom destroyed Sonic and Friends characterization and could've ruined the franchise but Thanks to the Sonic Movies they fix them and make them act like themselves again, Made Knuckles a Badass again just like the Adventure era, and finally give Shadow and other Sonic Characters attention.
Forces made Knuckles cool.
Honestly in this show every character is fine, knuckles was really the only one that was different from the games. They could just change knuckles back to his game personality and everything would be perfect

this show was VASTLY underestimated and ignored just because it was tied to the game, when in reality its actually comedy genius and is more then worth the watch for a good laugh.
