    Thank you for sharing such quality content and knowledge with us! As an extended guy, I had several "oh that's totally me!" moments in the video :-) it's so obvious now I did you mobility program and followed your youtube/insta!
    Have you ever considered releasing an ebook where you apply your specific knowledge to bodyweight training? From standard exercise like pushups/pullups to more advance stuff like handstand and front lever…
    I do not mean that you reinvent the wheel, but there's a huge lack of consideration for posture and breathing and the individualization that comes with it.

    Honestly, I understand about 30% of what you are saying properly (add appropriate Dunning-Kruger comment here). I have all sorts of musculo-sceletal niggles and pains and much of what you are sharing helps. I honestly don't know if I'm the one who should be interested in your course, a personal trainer or a physio.
    I do understand marketing though which tells me that the course is not quite for me. How I get the benefits other than through youtube - and how I can support or purchase from you remains a mystery.
    Congrats though on how well you are communicating something way outside my comfort zone and engaging me.

    Hello Harris,
    I have been following your content for a while now. Recently, I have been experiencing lower back pain, which I think is due to my body being tilted more towards the right. I have limited internal rotation on both of my legs and both of my feet are turned outwards. When I squat, my right leg turns out more than my left, and I feel the pain more in my right lower back. I also have an anterior pelvic curve.
    Additionally, I have neck stiffness when I turn my neck to the left, and I have more rotation on the right. My right shoulder has limited internal rotation and more external rotation, whereas on the left, I have more internal rotation and limited external rotation.
    I have visited multiple therapists, but they all tell me that I have limited mobility, and I have been working on it for over 6 months without any noticeable improvement. I am hoping that you can recommend something for my situation.
    Thank you.

    Hey Conner, where are you located? And also do you know of any therapist, I can see that you would recommend in Georgia because that’s where I live. Been in pain for about five years and just had x-rays done at my chiropractor, and it was revealed that my pelvis is rotated to the right think will be a good idea to see somebody that can help me fix this because it has been going on long enough

    Hey Connor, awesome work! Since I fall into this video’s scope perfectly, stiff and painful low back with constantly recurring spasms plus left aic pattern, which program would you recommend, as I suppose you do not offer online coaching? I have done some PRI in the last month and it’s the only effective things I have tried for this past year. 28M, was lifting until past year when low back spasmed and remained this way..

      Hello, it's me from the future. He does think it's beneficial but only in the short term to allow you to get into positions you might otherwise not be able to because of tightness.
      In the long run, exercises like he demonstrated here are more beneficial for the vast majority of people for lasting mobility gains.

    • @conorharris
      @conorharris  Před rokem +1

      Good question. Anterior orientation of the pelvis is very similar to anterior orientation of the ribcage. The more significant your pelvis is extended and oriented forward, the more your ribcage will be too. They both will limit IR

    At first visit it looks like his pelvis is in front of his rib cage (also posterior orientation of thorax when lying on table), so any reason you didn't put him in some of inverted positions? also when doing landmine press looks like he is compensating by pushing his head more forward, so could this forward head posture be addressed more specific with arm bar exercise?
    Thanks for sharing 👍

      @conorharris  Před rokem +1

      I could have used an inverted position but also he’s a Wide ISA which I find doesn’t benefit as much from inversion. On the landmine press that was the first set he ever did so I wasn’t too worried about it. It got better
