- When using Word or Excel, there are times when you need to put a e--signature on a document. In that case, try the method I'm introducing today!
Anyone can easily create a transparent sign by taking a simple mobile phone photo.
① Take a picture of A4 paper with a stamp (or signature) on your mobile phone.
② Then, insert the captured picture into Word. In the case of Word, after selecting the picture, select [Layout] - [Text in front] to move the picture to the top level.
③ Now, after selecting the picture, select [Crop] in the [Picture Format] tab and appropriately crop the picture according to the size of the signature, and everything is ready!👏
④ After selecting [Edit] in the [Picture Format] tab, change the brightness to the brightest color. Next, click the [Color] button and change the [Color Saturation] to the highest!
⑤ Finally, after clicking the remove background to create a transparent signature!👍
Now, save this signature in a document and save it as a file by right-clicking the picture - Save it as a picture to use it conveniently in other files later.

Nice video! Can this be applied to photos, or only in MS Office programs?
It's really useful
Glad you think so!
It’s very frustrating when you don’t have all those options lol. I don’t have all the options 😢
Your file is most probably saved as “Microsoft word 97 - 2003 document”. Open it and save it as “word document” you’ll see all options then
How do you lock it so that you can use it over and over ?
good .. thanks
Thank you too!

The signiture changed a lot with the last step 😢
Watch the last
Part of the video, explaining how to keep the adjust additional area of the image.
Even with that, no option to remove background from picture showing up
This is not what is regarded as an eSignature. It is not legally binding.
It is simple a picture or scan of a signature which means nothing in law.
It is always recommended to use the technologies positively not for illegal purposes.
Which office version is this?
All options are available office version 2016 and above

My signature disappeared when I made the changes 😢
Maybe your signature background color already has corrected brightness bg, hence directly use the remove background option and try again
this is very dangerous… sharing digital file of your signatur which other people can use them for ant “legsl” documents.. 🙈
Embrace the new ideas within the law enforcement
@@SdMotion in digital world.. you need to put watermarks on signature.. so other people could not copy your signature and “make use” of it.. imho 🙏🏻
I don’t understand… this says to “import your signature into the document” but doesn’t explain how to “import,” so the rest of the video is pointless.
