Step 1: Apply for ECA- Educational Credential Evaluation, through one of the following institutes.

IQAS
ICES
Step 2: Qualify the General IELTS exam.
Before proceeding to step 3, ensure you have your ECA done and received your IELTS
scorecard.
Step 3: Go to - www.cic.gc.ca/...
calculate your CRS score.
(A good score according to current scenario, September 2021 is 469 and above)
Step 4: Create your express entry (EE) profile with the following link.
