The CAROUSEL MACHINE is an automatic horizontal slitter for the cutting of polyurethane foam. It is capable of slitting sheets with a minimum thickness of 5 mm off blocks of polyurethane with a maximum height of 140 cm.
The key characteristic of the CAROUSEL MACHINE is the possibility to maximise productivity by utilising the rotary table's potential and slitting all the blocks on the table, depending on the size of the block itself.
The "CAROUSEL MACHINE" is composed of two main elements:
• The arc, it moves vertically so as to adjust the thickness of the sheets been cut
• The turntable, with a minimum speed of 10 m/min and a maximum speed of 100 m/min.

La CAROUSEL MACHINE è una sfettatrice automatica per il taglio di poliuretano espanso, capace di lastrare blocchi di poliuretano, con un' altezza massima di 140 cm, in fogli con uno spessore minimo di 5 mm.
Il vantaggio principale della CAROUSEL MACHINE è quello di minimizzare al massimo i tempi ponendo sul tavolo rotante un numero molteplice di blocchi, in funzione della dimensione del blocco stesso.
La "CAROUSEL MACHINE" è composta da due elementi principali:
• L'arco, con movimentazione verticale per regolare lo spessore dei fogli da sfettare;
• Il tavolo rotante, con una velocità minima di 10 m/min ad una velocità massima di 100 m/min
