Hearing Mistress 9's cackle at the end of that episode always sent chills down my spine. Late 90's/early 2000s Toonami was the greatest.

I feel old for saying this but I still remember this Toonami back when I was a child or kid. I sure do miss those days back in the 90s and early 2000s, so many great television shows/cartoons and video games. Thank you for uploading this dude!

Yeah, in Latin America Cloverway distributed a lot of anime, but they didn't ask for any cuts, changes in dialogs or music, so the dubs in Spanish were great. For Sailor Moon they only used the English names though.

After the S.M. Ending instrumental finale, during the short with T.O.M. the Robot, introducing the next show as. REBOOT, there are 5 different promos for each segment, Mon. To Friday. And the intros, also. Because TOONAMI completely changed the afternoon line up, going between Reboot, and THUDERCATS, and NEW JONNY QUEST, and several others. Updated on MON., SEPT. 13, 2021, A.D., OK AT 0525 A.M.C.D.
I felt sorry for Sailor Moon seasons 3 and 4 rushed to a fault during the early 2000's. Cartoon Network shouldn't have rushed Sailor Moon and forced Optimum Productions to dub 77 episodes in 4 months. That's an average of 19.25 episodes per month. It's no wonder Sailor Moon Sailor Stars was almost never dubbed in English. The early 90's and Early 2000's plus the late 80's were a hard time for video games and anime.

D.Y.N.? The voice of THE NARRATOR for Toonami, is Mr. Peter Cullen, also the voice of OPTIMUS PRIME OF THE AUTOBOTS IN TRANSFORMERS. So, this connects magical girl to Giant robots. That Crossover would be SO COOL, to connect 2 famous world wide franchises. Sailor Moon only had a few robots. But most of the monsters looked like female bodybuilders. And supermodels with a lot of makeup and prosthetic devices, in order for the large female monsters to fight this little teenage superheroine wannabe.
The ending goes better with tuxedo mirage.

Hi from Green Bay, Go Packers!!!!! Happy new year 2021 a.d. The end credits rarely had any voice over announcers, to introduce the next show and usually were the SM instrumental version of the theme. Plus when Super "S" Season 5 started with Pegasus the music was extended with the extra phrasing related to the last lines of the "Fighting Evil" lyrics, plus without the young ladies singing, you can more clearly hear the electric guitar riff and wail, but however, there are only 2 drum rolls until it ends with the horns playing the 3 notes for "
🎼🎶🎺🎺🎺Sailor Moon!!!", and one final low note and off key trumpet blast!🎺🎼🎸🎺🎷🎹🎻💜💜💜💜💜👍👌✌✋👊☝👆👏👏👏👏👏👐👂👂👄👄👸👸👸👸👸😹😻. Thank you to the musicians that gave us one of the most beloved theme songs, with Don Perry and the Music Kitchen, plus the female singers Nicole and Brinn Pryce. Plus the decision to write the theme in the Very Unique 3 Part Rhyme, plus be sure to listen to it in full Stereo with Headphones🎧, especially the Early DIC version on VHS, because you will hear that all of the first 40 episodes are each unique, because of the different mixes, with either the voices leading, or sometimes in the background. Plus the mixes have different levels of echo and reverb. Plus when the lyrics are almost ending. There is a very LOUD Drum beat with so much echo that it sounds like a cannon EXPLODING!!!!!!!!!!!! But later when it was recorded by Cloverway for SuperS with Pegasus S.5 the last drum is only 2 little drum clicks. Plus, somewhere, somebody re-mixed all the DIC instrumental elements into a single ending theme that includes the middle Tuxedo Mask Electric Guitar Wail!!!!! With the 30th Anniversary of SM in Tokyo next year in 2022, it would be nice to hear some extended versions of the theme song with new lyrics. Because the Densetsu theme from Tokyo has 2 sets of lyrics. Plus in foreign languages they have their own translations, and meanings. So, see you in the Future Year of 2022 for the totally Awesome 30TH Anniversary!!!!! Plus Merry Christmas 2020 A.D. Go Packers and WIN Superbowl 2021 in Tampa, And bring back Home the Lombardi Trophy!!!!! Go Green and Gold.!!!!!

That's cool you have the ending. So was CWi (Cloverway Inc) responsible for the dubbed series after DiC or was it Pioneer? All I know is that Pioneer only distributed the Sailor Moon movies: Sailor Moon R, S, and Super S.
ACTUALLY a company called Optimum did all the dubbing for the entire english Sailor Moon series. They merely worked under Dic, Cloverway, and Pioneer at different points.
Cloverway basically took over the license for Sailor Moon after DiC's rights expired if i'm correct.
Me and my cousins Jamaal, Munchie, Danny, Romeo, C.J. Tay watching it on Cartoon Network we had Time Warner Cable (later Bright House, now Spectrum) in the Birmingham Metro Area in Sweet Home Alabama.

Do you have the opening for this season as well? All the videos I can find aren't the ones I remember from Toonami and it's making me crazy.

I hate how they made it feel so...bland. I really don't like this version, but that's my opinion.
More than anything, I blame the strict policies. Somebody made a bad choice making strict policies because it restricted the weird content for cartoon and video games aimed at kids. Not all video games and cartoons were made for kids anyway, but none of the content in the Japanese version was intended to be a bad influence to younger audiences. To be fair, western parents had childhoods, but they weren't used to gays, video games, and Japanese stuff until later on when they had children.
