LOL! I saw the Stones back in 1975. I doubt Mick was exercising so much then, but he was still young. That said, he never stopped moving for 3 hours. Like a spinning top. You can't really exaggerate how much he moves around during a concert. The fact he's still doing it is just amazing.

I'm 66 with arthritis and overuse injuries, surgeries from those things. Still practice yoga, walk but damn, I feel the pain. Seeing the Stones in October for the 8th time I am inspired and will rise above 🔥

I can't tell you how much I admire him. I am a 69 year old woman. I ran for over 24 years but ultimately needed hip replacements while in my 50s. After that I began biking, walking, weight work and yoga. I weigh what I weighed in high school. Anyway back to Mick. He is a true inspiration and in SUCH WONDERFUL SHAPE. Love him.
75 and i am still in good shape : did'nt know Mick trained so much. I do it once a week.

Mick Jagger is one of those people that when I see photos of him I think good for him, he keeps himself fit and healthy, he's still doing what he loves and he's still living his best life at 80. I'm happy for him 🎤❤

There will never be another Mick. So glad that he was able to continue performing after last years coronary issue. His fitness and healthy regiments helped his recovery big time.

Spectacular , isn’t a good enough word for their shows . And to still be doing it , is remarkable. It goes to show how good they are when you see how many different age groups go to see them. 👍

I have always figured that Mick is a very disciplined person. I think that this is how he has kept the band together. I have the feeling that his band mates may not have always appreciated his high standards or expectations but they knew it was good for them. I have been a fan for 57 years and in part it has been because I admire their grit and tenacity. I am sure it hasn't always been an easy road but they stuck it out and came out on top.
I'm rather young and have recently went to their concerts for the first time and even at an old age I tell people make no mistake they put on a great show! They are now my favorite band a I figured Jagger had to have been pretty active and disciplined all these years.
I disagree just a little....I think Keith has kept the band together by force and with no choice. It's like certain marriages or the cartels...there's only one way out...

I have read some of the nice compliments and also a few saying “ well it’s easy when you have a personal trainer, your own gym etc etc” No it does not make it easier. Perhaps more convenient. Mick has incredible DRIVE & DESIRE. He is still improving, pushing himself. Hats off to you brother MICK! Hope you and the lads live forever. Blessings and R.I.P Charlie Watts. You are missed.

Well he's got possible genetic advantages and I'm not sure if his metabolic rate is above the normal. He's kept lean so that's fine his joints a favour

He quit smoking years ago, and also does vocal exercises. Drinks alcohol moderately. Mick has staying power...after 59 years when the rilling stones first started..you can take a 1962 picture and a 2022 picture and see that it is instantly him in 2022...with other artists of Mick' generation you have to look real hard to recognize their 2022 picture because they let themselves get old.
They drink, smoke, take drugs for all those years and let's face it...the body wears out.
Mick decided that you can do it if you put your mind to it.
The human body is amazing..you don't have to quit.
Follow Mick's lead..do what he does he is giving a great example of how to live long and prosper

I find it hard just doing 10 minutes every day. But it pays off. Staying fit is essential if you're going to enjoy your old years. Not much fun if you end up stuck in a chair staring out of a window in some aged care facility. He's a good example of what is possible. May he live long and continue to prosper.

Mick is amazing! He definitely has his health routine down pat. Consistency is the key. Bette Davis once said that "aging isn't for sissies." Well, Mick will never age at this rate. What a bundle of energy!

A friend of mine got backstage passes to a Stones concert when they were at their peak in popularity. What he described to me made me realize how awesome Mick was/is. While the rest of the group was with some really hot groupies gallivanting and uhm doing drugs(?), Mick was on a treadmill exercising and also going over details with someone on the upcoming show. He definitely earns my respect.

Oh yeah? I saw a clip of Keith Richards tripping on stage and taking a nose dive with guitar 🎸 in hand. After falling, he sprung up to his feet and laughed it off! That fall would of probably crippled most 78 year olds. You know KR doesn’t exercise or stretch…lol.
Not to take a thing away from Mick but check out Fast Eddie Hill, well known in auto sports, mostly as a AA Fuel Dragster pilot and still racing today in Formula 1000 at 85 years of age and at a very competitive level.

Love love the rolling stones and mick is awesome❤️❤️❤️- mick’s dad was an exercise instructor and wouldn’t let mick go out until he’d worked out every day- that’s where mick’s discipline comes from - in his 70s he’s an inspiration - i’m 48 and can testify that hitting the gym and getting fit has helped me reverse pre- diabetes and i feel phenomenal and am in the best shape of my life at 48 than i ever was at 25- getting fit really is the real fountain of youth
