Hey I don't get how the bulkwark is up all the time. I have these aspects and mine runs out often.. Is it just a kill every like few seconds to keep it up?. Also.my life is 2800. Which is low. How do you get it higher
One of the main source of perma bulwark is killing enemies to get barriers, like you said. Another will be the cooldown refund from the Nature's Fury aspect. I keep using Storm Strike (even there's no enemy around) when the bulwark is in cooldown. I'm using some life gears, I choose Life as a primary option for the gears. And I got some HP percent from the Paragon boards.
