Thanks for this great presentation. Learned a lot ! after 40 years back on the board again.
Great presentation! Needed it to prepare my new LT . Back on the board after 40 years. Thanks a lot!
Glad it helped! Have fun
As a newbie to the LT and racing what an info and heads up to the class !!
Good work. That was very helpful. Thanks. I haven’t windsurfed for over 20 years and have the worlds in Perth in 2 months. The perfect video for me. 😃
Cheers John - great to have you back on board
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and putting in all this time to make this excellent presentation 👍
Thanks Nick. Great video. It almost motivated me enough to get out in these cold July winds- almost!
Cheers Marcus - hope you got out before lockdown 2.0. See you in September!!
Thank you for this amazing presentation !!! Really incredibly helpful!
Thank you so much !!! I am new to the class and I really appreciated the help ! Kudo and cheers from Quebec, Canada !
@martinbailly573 Mr. Bailly, not too late to attend the coming Worlds in Perth in December!
Excellent video, thanks for sharing
Awesome video!. Do you have technique videos - tacking, gybing, holding steady, 360s, bearing off at the windward mark? etc.
Hi Owain - will see if we can get some short videos going on these topics once we get through winter. Some great shots of you in SF. Have fun
And a short video on leeward railing technique would be amazing, too! Thanks so much for this clinic. A few of us here in the US Pacific Northwest are taking the LTs to the water and this is such a valuble resource.
Very useful informations. Thanks you Nick! How do you fix the gasket lips sticker? Glue it? I lost the factory one after 6 sessions.
Hi - best to replace with another - just 'stickyback' (self adhesive) sail cloth (same as they make sail numbers from) is best. Cut a semi circle so it covers the front 4-5cm of the gaskets and about the same onto the board.
I would like to see a video on how to rig the Windsurfer LT. Can you help me? This video is more than I need.
Hi HJ - there is information on mast base position and rigging the sail at 1.03 - goes for about 10 minutes and all the base settings for the rig setup are in the summary at 2.16.19. Perhaps that is what you need?
@@nickbez6903 Hi Nick, I’ve watched this video twice now. (4.5 hours). It’s better on my TV. It’s blurry on my iPad (not sure why) I’ve even downloaded it to my iPad. You do have some great advice on here. I just want a short video on how to rig a Windsurfer LT from start to finish. I plan to buy a Windsurfer LT some day. I’ve been searching all over the Internet and will piece it all together.
I dig the board, but why you would stick to that rubbish sail is totally beyond me.
great sail. basic. everyone has the same. simple is sometimes best.
