George I have to say that I hope Noni was only a given yellow because he was fighting so hard on the pitch. Today with all of his dribbles he was looking like Hazard. He opened so much space for the team and really allowed the the other players to get into good posistions

@Barsha254 Noni was one of yhe biggest reasons we looked so good. As much as he was being a shithead. He felt like he was getting the plaudits he deserved for how well he's played being in Palmers shadow which I do feel. He can feel Palmers career igniting while we expect him to match those numbers which he hasn't been given a decent chance by poch to do they way Palmer has.

Jackson’s assist on the first goal was really good. Caicedo’s great work in the box led directly to the second goal - that was truly a TEAM goal. The third goal was hilarious. No one needs to have their ego pricked worst than Pickford. Jackson’s goal was his best goal of the season. Unbelievable. The pen was never in doubt even against the England keeper. And Chilwell’s play on the final goal was brilliant and Alfie - just WOW! Everyone who thinks Poch hasn’t improved the team need to go back and read these pages early in the season when our biggest problem was, we can’t score. Now, even without a world class striker and injuries to 10-12 people, including the Bundeslega’s top goal scorer Nkunku, we’re scoring very well.
And I love that Poch let the players sort out the penalty. Gallagher was captain and he stepped in and decided. Noni needs to mature? Jackson needs to mature? Yes, but what would you rather have, guys fighting TO TAKE the pen or guys shying away? LOVE our confidence and aggression. Go you freakin’ Blues!

I actually love the way Chalobah played. Even that offsides goal he let Beto get there cause he knew how offsides he was. Great awareness and a stunning performance from him and obviously old man Thiago Silva
Another thing I learned from this game is that when Palmer gives orders, the entire team must obey lol (but rightly so, he has a lot of credits)
These kids always find a way to turn a positive into some sort of negative. It’s not the first time Madueke has tried to take the pen off Palmer. Poch needs to let him and the team know Palmer is our official penalty taker. Palmer is going for the golden boot so let him take them.

This is a clear example of why a hierarchy from aged experienced to young and upcoming talents is needed in a team.

Took a combo of Thiago and Conor to sort it...anyone notice how we do these huddles pre match these days and it seems with the low camera shot (that pissed off Silva!) that Thiago was very much doing the talking and marshalling...he is the guy that should of officially been made club captain...as he's played more minutes than any other defender and he's still clearly the true leader in important moments like tonight ...

The reason why this midfield worked is bcz the personel in our midfield matched up perfectly with evertons personel
I put Enzo above Conor. Through out the season we have suffered from having a defensive at number 10 which leaves us lacking in the forward positions

Alfie Gilchrist - what an emotion!! One of our own, a true blue heart! I am very happy for him! Amazing Palmer! We are a long way from calling ourselves a "team". These young guys have a long way to go, but we enjoyed a great win last night. The penalty situation was embarrassing and I hope we never see anything like that again.

Caicedo was on fire,Palmer cold and as cool as ever,Mudryk was kinda ghosting at times but played an important part for our second goal and put a great assist for Palmer in the second half too bad Palmer didn't convert that one as well,Madueke still too individualistic and Jackson was sometimes on point sometimes making poor decisions,the defence was doing well and i think Thiago's presence and guidance helped.
If we could only keep our shape and composure like we did today because the inability to score from last season isn't an issue anymore!
