  • From Auvergne to the Gironde estuary, the Dordogne river covers nearly 500 kilometers. It crosses volcanoes, deep gorges, cliffs and conceals a rich built heritage.
Lovers of France and heritage, its treasures will no longer hold any secrets for you 👉bit.ly/4dnI1h1
In Auvergne, Thierry Leroy, curator, protects the natural heritage of the Sancy massif where the Dordogne has its source. At the foot of Sancy, in the town of Mont-Dore, enthusiasts bring the thermal heritage of the early 20th century to life. In Corrèze, residents are mobilizing to clean a hiking trail along the Dordogne gorges. In Périgord, Kléber Rossillon is fighting to save the castles which overlook the river and make the region famous.
