11:30 That's a linotype machine, which was used for typesetting from the 1880s until the 1950s, when it started being replaced by photographic typesetting, and made obsolete in the 1980s by computers. The operator types a line of text and the machine assembles brass molds of each character into a line. Then it injects molten lead into the mold to make a slug with the line of type for printing. Before hot metal typesetting, it was done manually, where the typesetter would set each letter on a page by hand.
