Would do well if chef put a bit starch, dark soy sauce, palm brown sugar, fried garlic to improve flavour fragrant taste, dark coloring, a bottle or 2 bottled abalone sauce (rich undertone flavour) look taste blanc and thicker sauce consistency. Boil soft mustard vegetables (add fresh tomatoes, dry chilli, sugar, whatever pork bones remains, pork fats, some can sardines with gravy, sour assam pieces, more seasoning (2 bottles abalone sauce, oysters sauce,,light soy sauce). I am sure the vegetables look blanc will be more flavour body to eat.
