"Justice delayed is justice denied". What is the use in banning the bonds after accumulating enough money by parties. We will never know who purchased the bonds. This is just like swis bank accounts, which are never disclosed to the public.
Modi promised to bring black money back from Swiss bank and distribute 15 lakhs to each citizen. Now BjP under Modi should distribute it to poor and needy if they are really true to his words
You know very little about the Swiss banks. They will always disclose the details to a court (under jurisdiction). Govt of India has rarely approached the Swiss courts. American citizens do not have any accounts in Swiss Banks numbered accounts (only numbered accounts are confidential except under a court order). US companies keep their money in tax havens where the tax is very low.

Electoral Bond से मिले सारे पार्टी को मिले सारे पैसे को इकठ्ठे जोडकर एक pool funds बनाया जाना चाहिए और फिर पार्टी को मिले वोट percentage के अनुपात में वो पैसे सब पार्टियों में बाट देने चाहिए
During CJI Bobde's term, who was a known Government bootlicker, a petition to bring PM-Cares under CAG audit failed in SC in 2020 as a three-judge bench comprising of 2 judges from Gujarat. I think a petition should be filed to bring it under RTI and question the legality of it as it cannot be a private fund when Government resources were used promoting it and it being outside RTI means it is similar to Electoral Bond.

Too little, too late. WHY does the SC keep sitting on vital and important issues that affect the rights of citizens as well as the Constitution of the republic? These are in fact the issues that must be heard and settled on priority, but that does not seem to happen. One can therefore only attribute this to the partiality and vested interest of the SC itself. In no mature democracy other than India are constitutional matters heard after 4+ years! Justice so delayed is not just justice denied - it is in fact justice demolished! Shameful.
Answer lies in filing a case for stay on the use of money collected through bonds, as it being basically illegal. This part must become applicable with a retrospective date.
