Skyrim actually had a whopping seventeen times the budget of Kingdom Come, which makes it all the more staggering that this game is as good as it is.

@Jake Jordan There's a reason "Well it's made by Bethesda" is the excuse though. They are absolutely lazy developers. They spend years making games and still release them as buggy, broken, half finished messes. I mean none of their 'developed' games have been on Ultima 9's level of unacceptable shit tier, but...Them NEEDING mods is one of the reasons PC MASTER RACE is a thing. Well I'm sorry, if I go to McDonald's and order ten nuggets, and some pimply faced prick hands me eight frozen nugs and tells me I'll have to get the other two from some guy and ask to use his deep frier, I ain't gonna knuckle under and take it like some cheap whore, I'm gonna shove all eight of those little bastards up his piss pipe.

It obviously leaves the door open to a sequel. You know this game was supposed to be a trilogy, right? They merged the first part (start to Prybyslavitz siege) with the second (which ends in this vídeo) and left the third part and an extra map to a sequel.

Memento Mori. I don't know man that ending isn't really even an ending. Kinda feels like just a placeholder. Seems like it would make more sense to add the 3rd part as DLC since the game is very successful and release a new game dealing with the Hussite Wars I think since this game is 10 -15 years before that event. Then again I could be wrong (probably am)
I am 60 years old and the first video game I ever saw was Pong in high school. My, but we have come a long, long way. I saw a few little bugs in my game, but nothing game breaking. See through heads and such were the worst I experienced. Overall, this was the most enjoyable game I have ever played. I loved vanilla WoW, but this was much better. My hat is off to the team that built such a fine world to play in. May I have some more, please?
Am 56 here, so am from the same school (grin) Spent nine years playing EverQuest myself. Became disabled, switched from PC to PS4Pro due to income constraints... Fallout 4 (a bit of Skyrim), Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2, and now this 24/7...

It’s odd cause when you go to meet them and complete the main quest you can’t go back to playing, you have to load to the last save before that to keep playing.
Zach Wilburn Well yeah. The game clearly states that once you do that you finish the game. You're allowed to free roam before that.

Historic realistic medieval RPG, specially with an episodic format(3 parts), might not have a very action packed hyper exciting ending and cliffhanger! It's ok! The point is, if the story was well told and you could enjoy yourself during it, it was well done! I guess they had to end it at some transition point in the historic arc, in this case when they change the region, since you need some limits to map and content or you never finish and fully release to make some money on the investment. The only worry I have is the total pricing on all episodes, though I guess they might be smart enough to give discount codes for previous buyers and discounts for new buyers that get more then one episode together. I'm not expecting the other episodes will come for free or very cheaply since production costs aren't cheap even after you have developed and tweaked most of the coding, models, textures and inner workings, specially if you want to develop new areas and characters, with all the details, good voice acting and such! Also, it seems they've developed the game for PC to then port it for consoles, which is the proper way to develop a game since you don't limit compatibility and capabilities to console hardware and just tweak it as need be afterwards. The main publishers and developers releasing sorry excuses for triple A titles could learn a lot from WH example! I'll gladly pay this full price for the game (I'm expecting more bug fixes), while I wouldn't do the same with Bethesda's or EA's bug infested ports!

I remember I tune in to this lad's channel because of that game baldur's gate and accidentally saw kcd... now I'm still playing the damn game. I feel like this game would have a remaster years later and all of us might be in their 30s or 40s but heck would still play the damn game.

When i fought Runt, it literally took me 20 seconds to beat him. I was using a shield and a bailiff's mace. And i parried his first attack and hit him in head once... dead. Didn't really feel like a boss fight lol.
If you rushed throughout th game he is easy fight the bandit near your home town hard
i think act 3 will be coming out as a dlc because if you see in your quest log there is still that quest i think called it's Vengence and it's still there.
Plus there's a province switching mechanic in the game, if you go to the edge of the border it tell you "you need permission from Sir Divish to switch province"

Hi there ESO, just a thought on how long it may well be until we see another Elder Scrolls game. Having watched your video on the subject, I really believe Bethesda Game Studios should do some more DLC for Skyrim to keep everybody happy until Elder Scrolls 6 finally appears. To finish off, I love it when you say 'Get Wrecked', when you get the final blow on the enemy!
Hopefully we get to see Trosky Castle in the next one. If you haven't seen it, google it - the ruins standing today are still quite an amazing sight to behold
Hey ESO loved your LP. I think act 1 & 2 were both in this game and act 3 to come later. Also felt the ending was unresolved. I want my f******g sword back.

The game is based on a historical events. As far as I know, the story and the battle isn't over yet, so expect to have a DLC or a sequel.
On the other hand, Warhorse Studio had ONLY a small budget compare to other companies in which strengthen the fact we only have the small portion of the history (which is KCD plotline). Actually what they did is far astonishing for a small company like them, with all the funny and irritating bugs aside. Due to the success of this game, we can hope that the next (dlc) or sequel will bring more great value to the series.

This was part 1 and 2. Act I and Act II. As stated in their kickstarter.
When I got to that point, I was hoping it would be a surprise and you start playing on a new map. Kinda like the crossing into mexico part of Red Dead.
That prologue was already quite big enough. what you have in mind is whole new chapter of a game.
If you went back to neuhof you'd see the village came out fine after a little bit of time and they sell the best horses. Pebbles is as useful as pebbles.
Personally i just came for the walk through on parts I got stuck at but shouts out from The States !

Feel like that’s a shout-out saying it won’t be as long of a development time for the next game maybe? I hope not. I’m really interested in the story and the history but I don’t want to read the real life version until after they’ve completed it.

Funny thing is that they could really release Part 2 and 3 as some massive DLC content, unless they need to expand the world map or something. I haven't bought the game yet as I'm still in the middle of some intensive projects but this is something I definitely want to own and play.

I feel like its the end of act 1. Istvan is only a stepping stone to Sigismund. If they go all the way, we might end up seeing Sigismund as the main bad of Kingdom Come 3.

I don't think Henry cares if Sigismund wins or not, he just wants that Beautiful sword back. also there's already a province switching mechanic in the game, if you go to the edge of the border it will tell you that "you need the permission of Sir Divish to switch province" so DLC for the next part of the story is likely.
I just bought the game a couple days ago and only problem is the loading times. besides all that the game is amazing . Thanks for the series it was ready great.
BEST HELMET in the game is at lodgings in rattay , you have loot ale house maid who sleeps next door to your room . She also has a necklace worth a lot , about 1k .
Be sure to check both alehouse maids , the uglier of them have the above mentioned items .
What it they are both just as ugly? do i just kill them both in their sleep? or knock them out and dump them in an alley after taking all their stuff?

TBF it was a good ending to introduce the next part, it says but wait there's more to come.
After completing the game, I decided to give it another run through to create a stealth character. I had heard a theory that one can put Radzig's sword into the chest during the Awakening dream. I decided to give that a shot. I can verify that it works. Just run to the fence and follow the path around the fence to the gate that enters the inner bailey. From the gate, run due south to the door of the house. Place the sword in the chest and when you wake up, it will be there.
I figured that I would run to Talmberg and do the quest for Stephanie and while doing that, I could ride around on the Roan for a while. At least until I did the hunt with Capon and got Pebbles. I mounted the roan and headed past Talmberg to Skallitz. As I was passing the quarry, I noticed Olena still standing by the blacksmith, right where I left her in the cut-scene. I turned around and dropped off the roan for Stephanie and ran back to the blacksmith to grab Olena. (Do a save!)(Save often!) She is still usable. She had limitations though. She will not come when called. She has no horse slot. She has no saddle bags. If she is injured in combat, she will bolt and she is GONE! If she gets spooked in combat, she will bolt and she is GONE! As I said, save often and she will get you past the hunt with Capon and it is much more pleasant when you don't have to run behind his horse like his little slave boy.
Here is a screen shot to prove the existence of the sword. It is far from the best sword in the game, but at low level, it hits for 50 stab and 50 slash and the only requirement is 1 Strength. Nothing else comes close.

Okay, so the next part is supposed to be in another region to start with unless it just has a long cutscene.
I literally found that chest at the very beginning of the game ... it proofed to be a double edged sword, because there were no more incentives for me to actually change my gear, because It was already that awesome ...
I didn't mind that ending at all, only thing was it felt a little bit short. And I hope they won't milk us on to much money for the rest and the DLC's. I'm really looking forward to added functions they where talking about and more horse combat and armor. I would like to be able to ride with shield and lance/spear and thrust opponents and do ride-by slashes with the sword and trample people.

Yo eso one question to you since you have played through the game. does it matter when you read the skill books, like in skyrim it is better to read them at higher levels ? just wondering and trying to save a little time on maxing things.
maybe read them when it takes longer to level up skills, like level 7+

Do you ever do the bath house side quest with capon? Because his faces looks beaten up when you talk to him, but is fine after the quest. It could be a glitch because you never did the mission.
