Don't forget there is a lot of sugar in fruits. I tried to implement a kale shake into my diet for a period. I did feel like I had more energy but I also gained a lot of weight.

"Easy Kale Smoothie"
That will be 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 1 cup pineapple, 2 cups kale, 1 cup of spinach, 1 tbs maple syrup, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, and just one cup of Coconut Milk. Easy!

Never seen any smoothie recipe done with full cream milk. Maybe you must try and let us know how it tasted
FYI I would still add some coconut fat if you can eat it. It is pure magic in a kale smoothie for many reasons.

I used a lemon cucumber that its available in my garden. You can use whatever cucumber you have .
What can you replace the almond milk with? Unable to drink it
