hi, i have a heart condition and i need to get an alert if my bpm goes up to or higher than 120 either if im resting, walking or doing daily chores, mi apple watch alerted me but only if i was 10 mins still and with 120 bpm or higuer, will this watch work for me or it would be as same as iwatch? thanks

Thank you for your tutorial. I have 1 question, can I adjust the volume of the alert. My 7s lap alert is too small to hear while running an interval
