I don't know if anyone said, if you use nostwin voucher inside raid, it will port you to shrine's infinite bazaar.
There’s an inn on the Timeless Isle instead of having to get to Jade Forest.
Didn't know that u didn't need to click that stupid spell to unequip gems I accidentally found the combine one out myself I thought I just was lagging at first lol as it went off after I moved now I do them running through raids 😆
I never combine below 4 so that I never have to resort my inventory
Have magic all in a row then rares then epics I just equip the legendaries as the others are pretty useless anyways without stam
Pro tip: Ludwin the infinite whelp beside the banks in shrine sells more 36 slot bags for 10 bronze each, fill up your bank slots with them.

@@Yamigata Yea, some people are saying they will cross over with your character into retail but I wish Blizzard would clarify that. In fact if this was intended idk why they wouldn't just automatically fill Remix characters' bank slots with bags since everyone is going to want them.
Another tip: transmog is free. Gear changes quickly but you can keep mogging it.
First thing I found. Have that transmog toy hotkeyed. My night elf sentinel fury warrior has a strict uniform policy 😉

One other thing - when you have legendary prismatic gems, be sure to slot those in legs & chest first - gems scale with your ilvl and the trinkets, rings, and neck stay at 342 even when your other gear has been upgraded. You will miss some significant stat upgrades if you leave your legendaries in your jewelery and have lower tier gems in your armor.
Tip on A LOT of daily threads!
Every day you can spend 10 of your Lesser coins at the Kirin Tor for a KEY and the regular green cache and random gem. This key gives you access to the TROVES OF THE THUNDER KING scenario which gives a lot of threads and gems. You want to open every golden chest while ignoring the smaller chests since there is a timer. I recommend looking up a guide on how to complete it as it is not straight forward! I get a 15-20 in total green/blue/purple threads and 1-4 orange threads for a ~5 minute scenario.

@@Tropicocitwo Reputation Daily quests typically give 2 coins per turn in. Also flying around Pandaria and killing rares as they drop a coin per kill.
a friend got screwed by a weird shenanigan that isn't mentioned on the video so may as well give a warning, you may see cosmetic gear drop while leveling that gets consumed on use, some of that gear for some reason is still counted as a regular piece of gear so you can equip it and socket gems into it, if you consume the item while it has gems inside you will lose your gems so be very careful about using cosmetic gear as regular gear
Heads up for the Nostwin's Voucher (infinite bazaar ticket); if you use it in the timeless isles or on Isle of Thunder, it will teleport you to the bazaar in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms (one way, it will not give you a return option).

Another tip about gear:
Epic (purple) quality gear usually comes from Heroic Raids, but CAN come from any other gear source, only rarely. Additionally, Epic gear has the same amount of Primary Stat as well as Secondary and Tertiary stats, it does have an extra roll for another Secondary or Tertiary stat, which CAN roll the same stat.
Only really useful in the endgame, for min-maxxing gear.

@4:35: You don't have to fly to an inn to log your alt out, there's a rest area right on Timeless Isle, on the northern side of the Celestials arena. You can see the hearthstone icon for it on the minimap.
Another tip: you can purchase all of the transmog gear for all classes on a single character (regardless of armor restrictions). This includes all class arsenal and ensemble sets. In the top right dropdown of the class armor vendor, selected “all” and you’ll be able to get all weapon and armor appearances for all classes
Doing the Noodle Time scenario can get your daily gold thread quest done for scenarios, and another daily for it if you pick it up in Half Hill, and if you can do it well then you get a bonus chest too. Thumbs up!
You need to be L35 right? Is there a quick way to complete daily 'A Fresh Scene' on a low alt?
i was doing that for most of this week, it really is a boon if combat is difficult at 70.
I really wish they SIGNIFICANTLY decrease the gear upgrade cost after next week. Other than that, I'm very happy with remix right now.
They cannot cause it would hit 99% of playerbase into face cause all spend on upgrading it. Only way to even out it they higher up Bronze gains so everybody benefits from it.
@@astrokid7624 99% of the playerbase you are talking about got their bronze from all the hyperspawn farms. So even if they get hit, there is plenty of time to get the bronze for all the other rewards. The frog farmers got nerfed but only their cloak did. All the upgrades on their gear they get to keep.
They should buff bronze from scrapping by x3! Feels bad to scrap an epic chest piece to only get the same amount of bronze from a common green chest. It would help a lot if I got 210 bronze instead of 70 bronze for a chest. It would promote more PvE group content too
It's a 3 month event that's been out only a week. The gear cost is the only thing time gating it, otherwise everyone would be capped and done with the game mode and it would be dead after 2 weeks.

36 slot bags for sale, Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Shrine of the Two Moons, upstairs where bank slots are sold. There is a small flying dragon to the left of the bank, and selling bags for 10bronze each. Each bag is soul bound so u can't send it to other alts. But you can certainly fill ur bank vault with 36 slot bags.

As for the inn suggestion at 4:42 there is an inn on the Timeless Isle that you can run over to from the starting area without doing a single quest.
Pro tip: You can trade the stat gems. If your friend has some they aren't using you can trade. Or you can have someone give extra gems to an alt. You can't mail them but with a trusted friend you can give them to him/her to trade to an alt.

I also wish I knew these things, but since the 40k total quests released, I bought 5 boss mounts, one on each character, with an exception of 2 mounts on one. I bought all remix mounts before the buffs, but it’s great for me to collect older mounts
I wish I had upgraded me gear first. I just finished doing it today and can’t believe how much better it feels to whip through heroic raids.
For gear upgrades, the catch up baked in is not exactly the same as for dragonflight. The cost will be reduced if you have any item with higher ilvl for the same slot in your bags. For example I got rare boots from a dungeon, then a couple levels later I got green ones with undesirable stat but with like 25 ilvl higher. I got a discount on upgrading my blue peice to that exact ilvl the green one had for as long as I had higher ilvl in my bags. So you can get lucky with a good piece of gear right from the start and just gradually upgrade it up to 346 on level 70 for like 10 bronze per tier.
Extremely useful, upvoted.
Another tip: druids- glyph of the stars can be purchased from the welp that sells the scrolls/potions/etc for 10 copper. You aren’t forced to be a chicken if you don’t want to be.

About scrapping gems, this is always how its been since the start of mop remix. Scrapping a pair of pants with gems always gave them back, same with meta, and tinkers aswell. They never got scrapped unless you manually put the gems in the scrapper
save your blue gear as you level, you can upgrade it to 346 for relatively cheap bronze when you hit 70
I've played WoW casually and solo since TBC. I've recently gotten into the game quite heavily and I've loved it. Done my first raids, earned my first end-game pieces of gear etc.

I had narcissus since i started playing in season 2 DF. I randomly updated all my addons in MOP Remix and was pleasantly surprised. I didnt even knew it was narcissus since this video 😅.

The gem info part was awesome for me , is it must to have a maxed gear hero?🤔 from what i saw nothing special is gated for max gear ones
World Bosses also have like a 5% drop rate chance for epic gear! Been killing all world bosses for the last 3 days and finally got a piece of epic gear

Remix Gem Helper is also very good for this!
For some reason, using Nostwin's Voucher on the Isle of Thunder takes you to the Bazaar in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, rather than the one in Townlong Steppes which is where the portal to the Isle is. This wouldn't be that bad, but for some reason you also don't get the option to teleport back to the Isle of Thunder that way. So that's kind of annoying, but at least you can pick up some bronze while dragonflying back to the portal, i guess.
Ive already gotten all the new mounts added in remix, now I think ill concentrate on getting the missing mounts that haven't dropped. After that I will probably look at some transmog sets.
I wish Bones of Mannoroth could drop from LFR, unless you make your own pug it can be hard to get into them to get the bones.
Only drop 1 on normal. So not an option.
this is why i am growing power to solo, getting a group organized is really a drag. also in my case, Raid groups brick my PC, so i HAVE to solo. right now doing the Bazaar dailies and Random instances is giving a bunch of threads as well as Bronze.
For those using the narcissist addon, you can bank the tinkers you don’t use and they won’t show up in the honeycomb anymore. Making it easier to locate the gems when swapping them to another piece of gear.
Does doing the story quests now drop enough threads and bronze to keep at least some kind of pace with raids and dungeons? I like leveling with a mix of both and want to see the alliance side of the story.
I'd hope for some alt leveling tips that don't require doing Normal or higher difficulty raids. Currently it seems doing the campaign quests (not side quests), is the fastest way for me. That gets way too repetitive tho, and I'm only on my first alt!
Get to 25, do LFR, dont loot the bonus experience from the bosses, just everything else. The bonus exp then gets mailed to you. Do all the LFRs for the 7% exp bonus and then use that bonus exp from the mail once your cloak has more +Exp

@@stann2713because the xp given will be greater after the cloak xp bonus from the other bosses you kill. For example (I don’t know the actual numbers) if a boss kill gives 10k xp and your cloak bonus is at 100%, that’s 20k but if you kill the other bosses for 7% each,say 5 more bosses that’s 35% more xp (135% total) which now turns that 10k into 23.5k. So you get 3.5k more xp per boss.
It’s a minmaxy move that I personally don’t bother with since leveling is already so fast but it is also the optimal way to level if you’re trying to do it as fast as possible
i have an epic helm that dropped off of a rarespawn, so that'll be the piece that i don't feel bad about upgrading the whole time.
So anyway for those of us with jobs, kids and lives that don't have time for group content to get the amulets, rings, trinkets or the threads from dailys?
One little thing I have found fun. Putting a Thundering Orb in my Hat! Does huge damage on packs of mobs! Does solid damage on boss mobs! You fly up into the air, become a lightning ball and for a short time you fry anything in range! Big fun on raids!
If you're leveling and have about 300% xp boost on you cloak world bosses give more than a lvl per kill each. I went from 44 to 52 and didn't do the isle of thunder world boss!
Do we have any idea what happens to our gear at the end of remix? Do we carry on with the super powered gemmed armor and accessories when they convert to regular characters?
no, blue post and interview at the beginning of remix explained that remix toons will start on the retail side with the same ilvl gear as a boosted 70.
There are green, blue and epic drops. Came as a surprise to me when I found epic bracers.
Don't sleep on the Leech stat, even just a little helps massively with survival.
It's easy to get 5-15% Leech by putting in one or more gems - I put any Leech/Speed in my achievement accessory pieces.
Speed stat has heavy diminishing returns so as you level your cape you'll want less on gear.
yeah, instead i'm using Trailblazer as my Cogwheel and while i will eventually outgrow the need for it, it's a boon now when i'm running out of combat.
If you get a transmog for another armor type will it be available to retail characters after the remix event ends?
it is available instantly, even before the event ends
You do get duplicates sometimes of gems. They go straight to your mailbox, and you can't loot them since they're unique.
I hope they do this with other expacs finally a way to bring back old zones and be fun.
hi i have problem, have you tryed send something from your main to your alt on remix? cuz it says to me that i cant send mail to recipient whem im tryin to send some gems and scrolls, ty for answer
you cant send mail between remix toons afaik. you have to have a middle man for alt trades. trade items to the middle man, swap toons, middle man trades items to new toon.
I have gem ptsd. It takes the gems out and puts the gems back in, then it takes the tinkers out and puts them back in.

are the achievements finally fixed? for the 1st 3 days i was trying to buy the rings and trinkets on alts cause shit was super easy to get on main but it wouldnt let me
we are so conditioned to rush to finish because we think THATs where the game starts or to avoiding any 'fomo' we have forget to just step back and chill, thats what i think this event is all about just relax get levels & bronze your way and do with it what you want but most of all have FUN.
which was something I found so funny about MoP: the NPCs kept saying "Slow down!"
Except there’s a time limit to the event, and that most people won’t be able to obtain all rewards AND have fully upgraded gear unless they rush or play a lot

Clearly this current max level system isn’t that with the limited time frame we have that’s shorter than a regular wow retail season
You completely missed out on the fact that you can get epic quality gear as well. It is like rare gear but has an extra portion of a secondary or tertiary stat. You can get epic gear randomly from world content and from heroic raids. Mythic raid likely gives a better chance of epic quality gear too.
Epic gear has btw. 2 Stats + mainstat. Its droppin in hc raids!!
What’s going to happen after the 80 days is up? Are the characters going back to retail? And I have a lvl 35 hunter I started before this came out, can he jump into the remix?
I have a lvl 70 Shaman that has unlocked the rings, trinkets and necklace. Currently have a lvl 68 monk and 44 Paladin, but I had to unlock the rings, neck, trinkets for each character. They are red at the vendor and say you must complete the achievement first. Which again I've already done on my lvl 70 Shaman.
This appears to have changed now, I made a 2nd character a few hours ago that was able to buy every slot I had unlocked on the main toon, sorry you had to repeat :(

They need to make it to when you swap equipment, your gems are automatically transferred to the new piece. Time saver. Also, don’t duplicate powers and don’t have them take up bag space .
How do you add your new abilities to action bar?
Socket the gem then its popup infront of ur screen then drag and drop it in ur action bar
I’m definitely not going to waste bronze on upgrading unless they change things. I’m really just here for the easy alt leveling and as many cosmetics I can get this summer haha
I just want my missing Hellscream Heirlooms that I didn't get during MoP retail. Which I am only missing the Shield and one handed strength weapon. Although, I only have a handful of my current ones at heroic level. perhaps I should also upgrade all of them to heroic level.
How do you use dynamic flying with older mounts?

But if you create all alts immediately they won’t benefit from the upgrades you get in your main cloak, right?
I think I’m gonna just level a bunch of alts. I got my first toon to 70 real fast and now it feels like there’s no real point in really pushing his power level higher. Heroic raids are really the only endgame and you don’t even need to push that hard to face roll them. If I feel like anything is missing, it’s some kind of end game content to really push for, some kind of incentive for powering up my gear and make the bronze farm worthwhile other than just for the hell of it. Loving the event though, gonna make a bunch of alts

I would like to know how to get dragon riding with any mount. Not just the dragons, like having the options with a gryphon or whatever. I see you’re on a regular mount but have the dragon riding features, I’ve also seen people flying regular mounts without the dragon riding perks in the dragon flight zones.
That feature doesn't come out till next expansion. His mount is unique and yes you can now fly regular mounts in Dragon isles.
I'm new with add ons, what is the damage one? I'm always afraid I'm the weakest in dungeons 😂
Why I need to upgrade gear. What does hc and mythic raid give me that I can’t get by doing Daily on multiple chars for tmog and mounts?

yeah i dont know why they put the alt cloak upgrade behind some shit achievement because whats the point of me still getting xp gain on my cloak if its not going towards anything? it was the main reason i thought oh thats a sick idea i cant wait to pump some alts out after i've done ill i wanted in the mode, they took a fun idea and ruined it.

Same, especially with my 1k% exp gain cloak. Which got me from 66-70 with just 3 epic bonus exp tokens.
My guess:
Technical limitations. Giving a static buff if you have an achievement might be easier than giving a dynamic buff depending on an item from another character.
(Sure, that could be changed - but I doubt they had that much dev time for this event)
For me, I'd have prefered it if the XP bonus wasn't as big per thread, but completely shared on your account - and applied to bronze too. So level 10 char gets +1% XP & Bronze per thread, or +1 main stat. Level 70 char gets +12 main stat, or +1% XP & bronze.
But that way, leveling an alt (and getting another +40%) would benefit *all* your chars.
they should add pvp a little later on. just something to do and even though it wont be balanced at all it would still be fun and another activity to do after you get geared and level all your alts.
Was hoping for things like, “making a new alt once you’ve hit level 70 is the best way to grind bronze due to the free 40k that is being awarded to those who didn’t frog farm,” etc. Nice list tho!
It may be kind of late in Remix to ask this question. Can you do a segment on how to make the Remix toon op? I see level 20 toons blowing through dungeons in under 5 minutes. I see level 70 toons soloing 10 man dungeons. I have looked at these toons on WoW character sheet and try to gear accordingly. But I cannot do what they do.
I accidentally clicked on the Narcissus Mop remix widget and now I can't find how to turn it back on or reset the addon. Any help?
Another tip for the banks, you can buy 14 slot bags and be able to store anything and everything with plenty of space
Apperently you can buy 34 slot bags for bronze.
Honestly would and wouldn't be worth it for the event, you mostly dismantle a lot of your stuff, it's for the clear bags that people want this event, thanks for the info!

One tip: if one of youre characters on retail is exalted with the pandaria factions and you didn't do this: buy the badge that improves you're reputation. It works in remix, too!
I reached exalted with two or three factions in 1-3 days and one in just... one day. With only the dailys!
So THAT’S why! I was wondering why I was getting exalted with factions so fast! I’d done all those rep badges back when MoP first came out. Thanks for solving that one 👍🏽
Haven't seen this mentioned but you can also use Narcissus to swap your cogwheel gem while on the move, like running in a dungeon/raid. Each ability has its own cooldown so you can start with like heroic leap, use it, switch to blink while moving, use it, switch to sprint, use it, switch to roll, use it, etc. The meta gems all share the same cd so can't say the same there.
I'm really only playing remix for mounts and certain transmog, not to play the upgrade game or become crazy op like the fogger people. Once i get the legendary cloak toy and the mounts i want, then i'm done with it.
WoW really said “Ascension WoW is getting popular…we wanna try!” But made it all super convoluted and difficult to understand how to do anything worth a fuck besides fly through levels 😂
They should make heroic and mythic queable at a certain ilvl. doing them everyday in the group finder feels like such a chore even when making my own groups
I just had a lvl 12 bear tank pull like an asshole in heroic scholomance, non stop grabbed everything, when it was clear he couldn't take the hits & everyone in group was below 70. He was lucky I'm a good healer. I don't mind spazz tanks when they can actually handle it, but it irritates me when they use my mana pool to abuse their booger hooker on the keyboard. I signed up to secure the groups run while I listen to podcast/books & eat snackies, I didn't sign up to babysit the class glue enthusiast.
Old wow use to punish the shit out of you for bad pulls, these days "heroic" dungs are kind of meaningless lol.
Maybe they will change the %xp boost to %bronze gain when you hit lvl 70 that would be nice cuz im more of a collector so upgrading gear hurts even more :D
If they did this it wouldn’t be a 1:1 transfer. But I could see them dropping off the last digit of your %exp to a %bronze buff. So if you have 500% bonus exp it might be more like a 50% bronze buff
Some of these changes are brand new so it isn't that you would have known these sooner. The free bronze milestones and rings, trinkets, and neck thing are brand new.

Yeah, i’m planning to reroll a handful of alts in MoP since it will be insanely faster, even if i’ve been working on some for a couple decades. Plus i want those big ass bags
@@swaneeastrid1128 17 years ago i made a bunch of toons with my toddler who wanted me to name them all 'mommy' . . . it became a habit, so i have a ton of characters with 'ma' in the name. Once all the kids were out of school and I went back to work full time, i dont identify as 'mom' any more so I'm replacing a lot of mom tunes. but still I really like some of them - i rolled a light forged draeni to replace 'Palimom' but for whatever reason I just really like Palimom.
Narciccus isnt working for me. i have it installed and i worked for 2 days but now i dont see the Hourglass symbol anymore.

Any tips on how to give alts Prismatic gems, they are tradable yet we cant use the mail or gbank... its stupid especially if you dont have anyone you trust to transfer gems from 1 character to another
I heard you can use the mailbox toy (Katy) to send heirlooms to your timerunners. No clue if they fixed this yet though, it has been a few days since last i heard this.
Is the cloak a Toy? or does it vanish when event is finished?
You get the versions of the transmog as it levels. You get new gear when they go to retail wow.

They really need to make cape account wide, making alts if you’ve been gearing a character feels really bad.
