Your story about being able to do a full butterfly stretch in high school reminds me of one time when I was in college and I managed to impress people by basically doing a w-sit with my back flat against the ground. That was something I'd been able to do for a long time and didn't think much of it, but came to learn that some people couldn't hold that position like I could. Conversely, I'm really stiff with butterfly stretches -_-

Your videos are very helpful, thatnk you for making this channel to help other people.
makig phone cases would be vry cool. but you do what you want to do.
13:25 That is hard to do, I know because I I can do it, but it took practice. (and it's also helps being young.)
These are actually way harder then they look,
I tried the W sit for the first time, and I got my knees all the way down, and it didn't hurt,
It is easier learning at a younger age. but, if you stop practicing, you won't be able to do it any more, so keep up the good work every one!

What is the stretch at 4:44 called?

I've seen it referred to as a "reclining quad stretch" or a "lie-down quad stretch". I've seen a couple of other names for it as well, so either they're variations that I'm noticing or there's not only one name for it.
