Koi knocked knees ka scene batao yarr. Agar meri minute knocked knees hai aur running, exercise karte same meri knees ak dusre se takkar nahi karti to fit declare hoga na.

Sir I am Physically & Medically fit but my concern is that, in my childhood I had acute pain in my stomach doctors said that Gastric Surgery is needed immediately & they operated it successfully, I got 18 stitches on my stomach.
I want to know that am I eligible for defence services ??
bhai medical me he pata chalega aaise batana muskil h, mere sath ek banda tha uska similar seen tha, kafi stiches the uske pet pe, uski do bar surgery hui thi pheli surgery fail hone ke bad, vo unfit ho gaya, but aapke agar sirf ek he surgery hui h to phale TR milega fir amb me tissue strength check hogi fir fit.

Sir what are that basic discipline
Simple si baat hai ki baat hai ki agar selection criteria mein Physical Efficiency Test bhi daal diya jayega toh samasya SSB ko hi hogi kyunki current selection criteria hi itna tough hai ki officers ki kami padhne lagi hai Army mein. Pre SSB exam aur SSB itna tough hota hai padhayi ke alaava bahut kam time milta hai koi aur activity karne ka toh aise mein agar PET aa jayega toh candidates milne aur kam ho jayenge. Aur waise bhi bina PET ke bhi toh Army ko aise officers mile hai jinhone unn officers se bhi zyada badhiya combat leadership dikhayi hai jo PET karke unki respective forces mein gaye the.
