Make note that the jacket is just inspired by the classic Chanel style, I won't be sewing it with the authentic methods.

Make sure you make a mock up in cheap fabric first, then make with quality tweed. I would love to know how it turns out if you make one. Have u seen her tutorial when she makes a Chanel bag from tweed? Daria is very skilled seamstress.

I bought a Chanel Jacket pattern from Vogue and used your technique instead of the pattern included instructions and the jacket turned out perfect, even though it was my first such project. I really liked the tips about the fluffy peace on the seam allowance of the sleeve and the lining transition on the front down🤓 these took the final look to the next level!!
