Tye sounded so sincere to me. He comes across really genuine. I'd only roll my eyes if I didn't think they truly meant it, but when it sounds like it comes from a genuine place (like his did) I wouldn't ridicule it.

Olivia is from Manchester they have attitude there. Northerners have a stiff upper lip. You can tell Tye was just being honest. Good old southern boy.

Between raiders and last crusade, it probably comes down to which ever one you saw first. For me, that would be last crusade.
She was talking about what movie someone might want to play a part in. Maybe she wanted to experience Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom as Kate Capshaw's (Spielbergs wife) character, who was very glamourous.
Or just be Indiana Jones. With the hat and the whip and the jacket. And soooo kany stories
Maybe she was talking Kingdom of Crystal Skull. Sadly, at her age, that could have been her first intro to Indy. And hey, that's a good choice if you want to set the bar really low for your reenactment. You can't act any worse than Shia LaBeouf attempting an impression of '50s Marlon Brando. Or maybe she just wanted to experience surviving a nuclear bomb in a refrigerator.
The cast for all of the characters is atrocious for who the characters were. Parzival, Aech, and Art3mis, or rather their alter egos aren't the prettiest group and they have more realistic body types. They're realistically, for what their lifestyle is, more weighty. It's a complete disappointment as a film to see the characters casted so poorly for what it should've been.
Real live aech actor looks almost exactly how I imagined her in the book with the exception of the age.
I don't find this cute or feisty. I just think it's rude & uncalled for. And I had noticed tiny flashes of this impatient, leery & condescending side of her while watching a ton of Me & Earl interviews back in the day too.

to be fair - the opportunities for romance must be so infrequent in the shithole that is Columbus, Ohio in 2045 ... so, it's believable that horny love-starved guys (and girls) would jump the gun a bit if they came across someone they liked in the Oasis.
And, this subject was taken head-on by Art3mis ... "you don't even know me!"
I was like “Damn shes hot” in the movie and then I noticed her real accent and now I feel less attracted to her...
