Kura KEEP your sunglasses. You have some classic sunnies and it’s ok to have choices. Forget the trend because fashion is a CIRCLE. The white ones are fabulous for vacation
Kura may I make a suggestion kept your sunglasses all of them look GREAT on you. You probably need a different storage for them . I purchased a hanging glasses storage case that I am able to see the glasses when getting dressed. It’s made it much easier and sometimes I pick my outfit by the sunglasses I want to wear that day. You are my absolutely fave!!

Get rid of the 2nd pair the grayish blue in my opinion isn't the most complimentary color. Also get rid of the white/cream vacation pair. The other 3 in my opinion look stunning on you especially the last pair. The last pair absolutely look the best on you and even if they aren't on "trend" they look amazing on you and you should wear them often!!! With regard to what I’ve discovered about my style, I tend to now lean toward more classic yet casual well made clothing in neutral shades- although I love green and orange. I love all your sunnies, so I say keep ‘em! You are so right about the Macy’s in Brooklyn. Tacky.

I, personally, love all of the shades. I see each one and I can think of outfits to where with each of them. I would keep them all because I would wear them even if they are not trending. They look great with the right outfit.
You are a beautiful and talentend sis! I really appreciate your vids. I just love how your style has evolved and you just move forward. Here's a suggestion about releasing an item during your "purge" moments. Find something you really love and that fits your style now and release just 1 pair of glasses at a time. While you may not reduce your overall count, you have something that suits your style today. Let's face it, at my big age, I realize some things have an emotional attachment, but there is always something that I would love to purchase today that fits my life. Continue to have fun and study your French! You can do it!

The cream Gucci glasses I have those in the navy. Those are definitely vacation glasses. They scream vacation if you feel that you can’t pull them off in the best city in the world girl take them on vacation. Nice with your bathing suit. I’m on the beach. Don’t talk to me. I’m on vacation.

Thank you for another great video. I really look forward to what you have for us each week. I like the white square sunnies. They give an Elton John feel. I have some black large square glasses that I love, but I wear them. 😊 if you don't wear them perhaps you can go ahead and sell them. Regarding finding my style, over the past year or so I've had to go back to my original truth about myself. I don't wear jeans. I've purchased several pair over the past 2 years and only wear 2 pair fairly regularly. I like loose fitting, comfortable pants when I go out, or leggings around the house, period. Even when I was younger, I rarely wore jeans. I prefer wide leg linen or linen blend in the spring/summer, and wide leg upscale sweats or trousers in the fall/winter. Otherwise I'm wearing skirts and dresses and jumpsuits. I just prefer ease in my clothes. I'm very active - I go to the theater, to concerts, to festivals, dancing - I need ease and comfort. So I will be getting rid of several pairs of jeans very soon. Thanks for reminding me that I need to be honest with myself about what I actually love and wear. Have a great week!
Hi Kura, for me, I am loving ankle-length pencil skirts; I feel they make me look taller 😂, but over the years, I have never been a sneakers girl....born near the desert does that to you. Also, I've always loved bright colors and prints since I was a little girl.

I would have to change the black and white outfit to a midi skirt and a petite blouse because the sleeves would be too long and so would the skirt! I love the DET concept!❤️

Imo keep all your sunglasses. Remember trends are installed to market specific products for profit each season for the fashion industry. The white framed ones you can definitely for vacation. You have a hard time letting go of them since these sunglasses are so stylish and lovely. Maybe put them in a visible area where you can reach for them. If you don't wear any of them this summer, then get rid of them. How sweet that you and Jazz hooked up for lunch. Btw I took French in Jr High ( middle ) and High school. I have the Target purse from 32.39 in pink. It's cuter than I thought it was going to be. The handle is plastic "gold" but it's great if you want something affordable for an event. I used it for a wedding. I loved the silver shoes from that image too but they are sold out. Bummer. I got the red Adidas while sitting at the wine bar with my husband! LOL. You influenced me. I have white on black and black on white and wear them all the time. I'm also moving to quality basics and great accessories. You inspired me to clean out my closet.

I have discovered that simple basics with outstanding jewelry is when I feel my best. I find that the statement pieces that I am drawn too, still leave me longing for comfort. I have these beautiful black pants that I could wear everyday because they feel like silk pajamas. I have discovered that I can be wear them in hot climates and I will still feel cool and comfy. I wear them with a white tank top and an oversized linen shirt ( in saturated colors) with some beautiful gold accessories and I feel amazing. I always thought that I was a dress person, but these pants have shifted my perspective and made me feel more modern.
Quince square neck dresses are fabulous. Also I have some cashmere wraps and hoodies from them and they are good quality. Loving all the red accents and accessories! Happy Sunday 🌞 Ps: If you have a Marshall’s in your area I found a black and tan summer straw bag like the Prada one you showed by Karl Lagerfeld for $59. Pss: Don’t get rid of any of those glasses. I am currently 68 years old and can remember as a teenager, my Dad taking me to NYC for new school clothes. I always gravitated to the Gap and later as an adult graduated to Banana Republic. Always had a classic/preppy style but now with a little more bling.

I like the first two pair of sunglasses. I’m not 100% sold on the white ones. I can see your argument for keeping them but the first two fit better on your face than the white ones did. I think the last pair should go since the first two worked so well on your face. Hope that helps 🤷🏾♀️
I think I’m addicted to Anthropology. I have 50 percent of my day to day wear from there and I have 7 of the primrose pieces including the 7 foot mirror. I think you would love the desk mirror along with the tray. I get so many compliments on that set and vanity set up. I also wasn’t going to purchase anymore perfumes but I think I have to get the one you just got bcz I was going back and forth about getting it in the past but you confirmed it’s a good one LOL. I LOVE the Gris Dior and I got it in the limited edition bottle in houndstooth. Try to get your nose on a sample of Chanel “comete” it’s a new fav of mine also.

Never feel like everyone will look like twins because we all like the same things but have different styles. Downtown Macys is a waste of time for sure I don't know how are they still open. Quince is a nice site with good quality clothing. I've purchased blouses and a leather jacket which fits nice

Great vlog, my style has changed almost completely because I am no longer so matchy, matchy. Not so monochromatic. I look for statement pieces all the time and coordinate with other items in my wardrobe,
I would recommend trying quince linen clothing pieces, they may have those black shorts you are on the hunt for. I have found their linen to be of nice quality

Keep them all...the Loewe sunnies are stunning! My style has evolved to more neutrals with pops of color and is definitely less trend-led. I now look for timeless (not boring) quality pieces and I LOVE accessories to amp up my outfits. Great vlog and information (as always).
This is exactly how I would describe my style now. I keep buying and wearing neutrals and I used to gravitate towards much more color a decade or so ago. 🤷🏽♀️ I want classic I want clean I want elevated. I want less clothing, but better quality. Does this mean I’m old now?😂😂🤷🏽♀️ I still love a pop of color though!

Hey Girl Hey, I think I am going to get the Quine bag, I was humming and haaing when I saw them in last week's video but seeing them in this week's video sold it for me. Oh! I was able to land the H&M denim skirt from your previous video, but they have not arrived just yet. Although all those sunnies were cool, archive all. They are cool but there are so many that you have that look far more attractive on you.
I was shocked at the quality of the quince bag. I don’t know how they do it but they did it lol! I’m jealous that you got the denim skirt from last weeks video. @@simplykura I also held on to many things for sentimental reasons, but then I lost 97% of everything I owned in a flood. Now that I am rebuilding, I am being a lot more conscious of accumulations vs staples.

Macy's here is so sad. I used to love Macy's as a little kid - who are the buyers, they need to fire them and hire other folks because I do not understand who Macy's is catering to at this point! Give us some fashionable choices with good price points! There's so much to choose from!
I have such great memories of shopping at Macy’s with my mother, my aunts and my grandmother. It just makes me so sad what it has become.😩 I was literally walking around, trying to figure out who their target customer was. Maybe it’s not me 🤔…. or you 😂 they most definitely need new buyers. They need a major overhaul. I miss the age of the department store.😔

I would not get rid of no sunglasses ever. They would always find a place to go … running errands running into the supermarket going on vacation.brunch with the girls all of them have a place like your wardrobe. I never leave home without them personally I wouldn’t get rid of none.

What I have figured about my style is that overt logos make me uncomfortable, less confident and those pieces don’t stay in my wardrobe, I will always get rid of them.
