@@whitenoiseblackscreen actually I did! Thank you and Happy New Year!! I did have a strange experience while listening to this! I know there are spirits of some sort in my house. PK manifestations not from me but from someone else in the house! It was like I was aware of them and where they were. I may have had an experience in dreamstate but not sure I can't remember it. Not quite out of body but perhaps outside of normal conscious state! I don't usually listen to the same sleep music every night! Trying to find a quasi-acceptable rotation!

This is amazing It was a little bit unsettling at first BUT then I felt relaxed and I have never had a full night sleep until I heard this frequency I didn't wake once I'm ADHD and I have tried everything and every frequency this was the first night so hopefully it works every night thanx for the best night sleep 👊
