It was good to had your cat to demonstrate how the properly study the instruction sheet. My cats are very helpful as well when I Am trying to study things.
Ty. These 2 vids are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to find the flaws of the kit build before i started. Now I have a heads-up. Thanks. Shame too, i was looking forward to using the round fuel tank and long air tank.
Put a weld bead down the center of the diamond plate .. a piece of stretched sprue or small styrene rod melted with Tamiya glue and press with a moulder of some sort .. just a suggestion, I've seen repaired diamond plate like that before 🤟😎👍
Looks like an okay kit. One of those kits that fights you along the way. Bummer on the tread plate. Interesting mixing the putty and primer. I'll be watching

@@paulsmessybenchmodels2602 from your past builds I've seen I'm sure you will knock this one out pretty well 😉

interesting idea, if I don't use it on this one I'll probably use it on something else, thanks!
Very nice update Paul, looks like a lot of fitment issues. Love the garbage truck concept.
Thank you 🤙
Great video! Love the garbage truck idea! I drove one on a single man route back in 97-99!!
Wonderful progress on the Rig! I like the garbage truck. Nice trick mixing the putty and primer.
thanks Vic, I stole that idea from somewhere...I would have given credit but I can't remember where I saw it!
Nice update Paul and I can't wait to see the finished product brother!
Can't wait to see this one done it's gonna be sweet I hope you give it the used trash truck look like a hard working rig!!!!
that's the plan!
Nice update. Thanks for sharing your experience on this build. 🤜💥🤛🐭
Nice progress , Paul. Looking good.
thanks man!

looking real good so far
thanks John!
Paul, I admire your attention to detail and scratch building skills. Someday I’ll tackle something beyond box stock :)
just lose an important part from a rare kit for inspiration!
@@paulsmessybenchmodels2602 Hahaha I’ll call you when I’m ready for my lessons.
👍🍺🍺🍻😎
My kit had the same problem with the tires. Sadly the company that makes them don't help you to replace them with better ones.
Ikr. What a racquet that is. They knowingly sell you crap kit wheels n tires then turn around and sell seperate aftermarket ones. Sighhh. Typical.
this was my most hated build ever. havent built a model kit since
These AMT truck kits can be challenging. Revell has got some truck kits that are almost snap-together easy.
