Remember when they didn't change Lancer Rogue/Paragon Blitz's wonky walking animation because they didn't want him to be "unrecognizable"..
Then they made a lot of skins that are not recognizable immediately.. I am still upset about that.

While I definitely get the complaint about Lancer Paragon/Rogue, I'd say this skin still makes it easy to tell who it is. A big metal body and a hand that looks like it can grab you? Only Blitzcrank would come to mind.
