I doubt that EDITH would recognize him. The photos were "covered" / altered to "erase" him.Wong could be the one that knows him since Strange may casted it without affecting Wong.

I think Strange put in a contingency into the spell. So that if something happens that triggers the contingency, Strange will remember Peter Parker.
There is a good chance that Strange also left Wong out of the spell. Wong told him, whatever he was doing leave him out of it. So when Strange was working out the spell he could have done that, left Wong out of it.
If the theory is true then any AI would still know, this includes Vision and a few other Artificial minds, perhaps even Ultron.
What happened to the glasses afterwards? Damaged Control wouldn’t have anything Peter and Happy had in their possession. Also, where is his nanotech suit? What did he do to it or the spell change that by it not existing?
