As soon as we decided to travel to Sri Lanka we wanted to experience the hospitality of the most famous SriLankan Airways. You said in the video that at the flight counter they asked for visa ,so i have to show that ETA confirmation mail or its printout to them right?

A free Visa regime is implemented for nationals of China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan with immediate effect, until 31.03.2024, launching as a pilot program to rebuild the tourism industry in line with the Cabinet of Ministers Approval 23/1885/602/023 dated 24.10.2023.
02. Nationals of the above-nominated countries possessing Diplomatic, Official. Public Affairs,
Service, and Ordinary passports are eligible to enjoy a visa-free regime under this scheme.
03. Above nominated nationals should apply for Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before arriving in Sri Lanka subject to granting/issuing free of charge up to 31.03.2024.
04. Under this scheme tourists can enjoy a 30 days free visa period and a double entry facility is permitted from the date of first arrival to Sri Lanka within 30 days.

Converting inr to lkr will be costly. You can take usd and convert i to lkr
ETA and return tickets to be shown in Hard copy or soft copy is enough?

Usually one person per card, but you can check if your bank allows you to carry multiple person.

21 night ka bom to srilanka 2 hrs halt they srilanka to Malaysia tha par me na ticket booking ek vendor se Kiya tha Aaj jab check in karna tha online srilanka airlines ka ( vendor say time change hoga hai please baatna kya .. please this is first time hai or family ka sath hum 4 members hai please kuch solution bata ya please or srilanka airlines ko call or email bhi Kiya hai no reply..( 8 hrs kya airport par stay karna hoga kya .. please kuch samajh nahi aaya Raha hai please wait for reply

It's visa free now. I've just applied and got my ETA within 5 minutes and I haven't paid a single penny.
