Teen Farm Workers

Schoharie County farmer Richard Ball and his employees discuss the importance of teenage farm employees. In the previous Congress, legislation was introduced that would have outlawed youth under 18 years of age from working on a farm unless their parents were the owners. Such legislation would be disastrous for New York's family farms.
