    Made with half the sugar compared to store-bought bowls, this recipe contains protein, fiber, and healthy fats that will keep you full and satisfied all morning long.
    Ingredients:
    - 2 packets frozen sugar-free acai packets
    - 3 cups non-dairy milk
    - ½ banana
    - ½ avocado
    - 2 servings vanilla or chocolate protein powder
    - 1 handful spinach or kale
    - 1 tablespoon cacao powder
    - 2 tablespoons cacao nibs or chia seeds for garnish
