For foreigners that see this & can't understand :
Pastitsio is a Greek dish food creation.
It is made of :
pasta that you find mostly in Greece (they are big with a big whole like big drinking straws)
Bechamel sauce on top (many Greeks add cheese on of top of the bechamel sauce while it's baked but, the classic is without cheese so that the Bechamel will be burned a little which is very tasty)
We add nutmeg to the sauce offcourse !
Minced meat made in caserole with onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, little sugar, carrots, laurel, tomato paste and fresh tomatoes minced or ready canned ones.
This is almost the same procedure of Italian Bolognese sauce.
This is traditional Greek cuisine dish.
It's elements are French (Bechamel sauce) & Italian (Bolognese sauce) but the creation/fusion was made by Greeks so, it is a Greek dish & many families eat it once a week or a month (it is somehow expensive to make in comparison to the rest of greek cuisine & also burdensome cause it takes too much time to make since it is better to make the Bechamel with fresh milk by yourself & not buy the ready one in supermarkets).
When making this you have to let it outside for about 20-30' so to have room temperature and be able to cut it in bricks shape and not lose its shape by falling off.
Personally, i take some of the Bolognese sauce juice & mix the pasta while spreading it at the baking pan so that the pasta will stick better & have some taste+flavour in the pasta as well.
Hope i cleared up about what the video song is about, what the food ingredients are (hope i didn't forget any) and it's real origin as a newly made traditional Greek cuisine dish.

You ever wonder why? The Greek language combined the East and the West.. Through Alexander in the East and through the colonization of Italy in 8th century..
