How would you troubleshoot to find the source for low cylinder pressure. 2004 Ford F150 4.6l. Shop confirmed with pressure Gage that one of the cylinders had low pressure ~ 50psi.

Got a 09 Chevy hybrid the VLOM sensors all have 14.3 oms I replace all the lifters on the driver side but not getting oil on cylinders 1 and 7 please help thanks
