What's the crime here? Those residences were built with the intention to facilitate accommodation for those who are elected. It's not only a tax payer's asset. It's every Indian's asset. We do not have short memories, there was a time people would shamelessly not vacate the house causing a lot of problems. Now, if Smriti Irani didn't vacate the house she would be no different than the previous tenants. If she did vacate the house, you would still create an issue. Congress should come out of this childish mindset. The opposition parties also have an important role in developing the nation.
