Sadly all HP and indeed all Printer Makers want to do is rob their customers of MORE MONEY for MORE INK CARTRIDGES or a NEW PRINTER you don't really need! It's a shame we have no real Competition in America anymore, only Robber Corporations instead of the old Robber Barons!

Hi from Ireland. Your tip worked on the very first wipe. This problem always happens to my home printer because I hardly ever use it. Looking up HP Support is a waste of time and I might well have thrown my printer in the bin if it hadn't been for you. All I can say is "May God bless you a thousand times, Sir".

This actually works. I have an HP Deskjet 4400. The cartridges were still half full but I didn't use it for a month and it wouldn't print. Just had to clean the cartridge's detailed in this video. The "cleaning" tool in the printer's software didn't do anything.

I've got a 'new' black cartridge 63xl, hp 4655. printing blanks. The printer sent for at least a week with no fresh toner. just couldn't get to a local store that had a decent price All the office depots near my house have been permanently closed

Never mind I'm just going to toss the hitch of a printer in the trash after I have a discussion with it with Mr Hammer
I soaked the cartridge and a solution as recommended and Prince but it is blurred it looks like if you had printed out a good sheet of paper and then put it in water and the ink ran That's what it looks like but it's better than nothing and it's for home use so and I got too many other things in my way including a car that failed smog to be worry about new printer at the moment...life is fun. Even when you in your backside...lol

how many time it can refill cartridges before it damage ....i refill cartridge 4 times after that the printer cant recognize anymore, is there a validity for the cartridges ?
I bought a new cartridge and still not working. Only the black. I run through head cleaning program, smudge cleaning, checked the bay (if not clogged or dirty) of the the cartridge. Still no printing in black. Probably, I have to throw ou a 5 year old printer which was always working fine.
Our HP Envy 6055 prints blank , we have replaced the ink and still not working?

Hi, you may have to do clean print heads again. If it dows not help then you have to buy new ink cartridge because the printhead may be damaged.
