    1) Tamatar ka kat
    1 kg tomatoes, 2 onion
    1/4 cup tamarined, 10-12 garlic, 1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp coriander seeds
    1 tbsp roasted gram powder, 1/4 coconut
    1 tsp cumin powder, 4-5 eggs
    1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp cumin
    6-7 garlic cloves, 6 dried red chillies, curry leaves
    2) Cutlets
    250 gm minced mutton, 1 onion
    1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric, salt to taste
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, water, 1 tbsp oil
    chopped corinder, 1 lemon juice
    6 boiled potatoes, 1/2 black papper powder
    chopped corinder, 2 tbsp cornflour
    3) Dum Ka Gosht
    1 kg mutton, 1 tsp shahzeera, 1/2 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp black papper corns, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp red chilli powder, salt to taste
    3 cardamom, 2 inch cinnamom, 3 cloves
    poppy seeds, chironji, coconut, cashews, almonds & pistachior
    1 tsp oil, black pepper, 3 green chillies, 4 cardamom, coriander
    2 lemon juice, 1 cup curd, shahzeera, gingar garlic paste
    1 tbsp salt, masal paste
    1/2 tsp desi ghee, coal, 1 tsp garam masala
    chopped coriander
