Luke Raley is such a homie, look at his reaction as soon as Bliss crosses home. Helmet off, full sprint to Mitch, hypin him up.
I told people when we got him, give him a full season with us and he'll do wonders on the team. He played like half the season for the Ray's and he had somewhere around 20 homers. We needed a couple power bats and he's one of them.

Seattle continues to be, one of the best walk-off teams. The hitting has come along. Luke Raley has won the hearts of the Mariners fans as a great hitter and great replacement at 1st base.

The clutchest of clutch hits. I would endure a heap of 1-0, late innings borefests for a game like this. The check swing bunt was pure entertainment. I loved the speed of the Tiger's Catcher to check the Umpire was OK after taking one to the face.

Roger Beshens Football Slider in the house. The TIgers pitching coach wouldn't have a ML job without it, same for Katz and Blake. No reason for them to be ML pitching coaches when an ex ML pitcher can teach the Roger Beshens Football slider and bring their experience with them.

Total click bait. It wasn't a walk off. It was an amazing effort by the right fielder who laid out to make a diving catch and came up short (not for lack of effort). Mariners just got lucky.
Got lucky, the right fielder should have had that. I will take it though. A win is a win lol.
In retrospect he probably shouldn’t have laid out for that catch. The worst thing that could happen is exactly what happened, keep the ball in front of you and it’s tied at worst but you might have a play at the plate to prevent the tieing run and win it.
