Yup, I told him to leave.
It wasn't only just the chair thing or the pet thing was lots of other mismatches.
I suddenly realised I'd been wearing rose glasses and I'd failed to admit to myself the guy was just too imature and selfish

I'm going thru the process of will probate - my fiancee died a year ago - and left me his estate. It paused because I had to fire the lawyer - she wanted all of the money. I stepped back and found another - very different and honest lawyer. It has been very painful but now it will move ahead and come into balance. Also in my business I had to replace my assistant, which has taken some time. Both true colors showed up. Now we can move ahead. Thank you Ali for your insight - you are excellent.

Definitely resonates. My sister is a Pisces and she chooses materials over her own sister’s well being or care in any sense of the word. She’s so very consumed by herself and her stuff. I needed a place to stay for a week when I was 9 months pregnant and she has a spare apartment downstairs. Wouldn’t let me stay, she didn’t want me “interrupting” her “lifestyle”. When I was forced to leave my home due to landlord selling i had to move back home for a couple months to a different state and couldn’t fit my dresser that my mother refurbished. @@MM-qp4pd yep, long drawn out story, but the short of it is I was full time caregiver to my dad, moved back home to do so, ran into my HS Sagi friend, who is a overland truck driver, got into a situationship that lasted over 15 years, my dad died and I had much more 'free' time, my friend does not as his responsibilities includes wife, kids, grands and great grands...I don't roll that way and am the sap who floated along with a land sailor---the girl in every port kind of fella 😂 it's all good, I kinda suspected in the beginning...😉

I did know it and for almost 20 years I called it his “self care”. I knew but not to the extent. Recent MRI found a lesion on my pancreas. Always had a feeling I may have something going on with the pancreas. Could be a cyst, could be something more sinister. Stopped me in my tracks. Waiting for a biopsy.
yes it wasn't actually about the day after Memorial day that was taken away as a day off after it was already approved.... it is about the message sent by my supervisor showing me who is boss. Unfortunately this has caused a lot of grief over why it so important to tell me I need to take some other day just not that day... all for no reason whatsoever and now I d've lost my desire to continue working on a project I was happy with a short while ago.

Yeah I had to come back to this. It didn’t make any sense at all the other day so I saved it, after all of the emotions and realizations today it’s so damn spot the fuck on. Sudden changes, it’s deeper than the chair, the chair is just surface but still that painful reality. The partner who materializes everything but doesn’t give a shit about any emotion I may have, cares more about the table.
