I’ve had a love/hate relationship with tool backpacks , if improperly/ overloaded they can be backlnackering ! Looks like Don Veto may have hit the sweet spot ! I like the removable / moveable pallet concept ! The Blackout look is also spot on ! I was thinking of Wheeler, but this may be more practical !
This one is spot on and extremely practical I really like the back support and is only a light backpack I've loaded some tools in there and went for a bit of a walk upstairs through air ducts up ladders and in all fairness it felt perfect
@@Tooligan2021helloyouTooligans Well , with your background you are very familiar with packs , and how to distribute a load properly . My instinct is that it’s a nice setup ! One thing that’s staying my hand , I really like my TPXXL !
Nice bag, always wondered about the tools in the back digging in to your back as you carry it round though. Got the tp xxl yesterday but a rucksack could be next
The Veto backpacks have great backpack supprt I'm tall and find the fit great and vice versa when I've quizzed slightly shorter people I've heard great reviews on support
You absolutely do not get poked in the back/ kidney area with Veto ( a product of good design , and heavy duty construction ! They are expensive , but like good Divorce Lawyers , totally worth it !
I really hate when backpack shoulder staps drag on the floor. Veto's are well suspended, very smart design. I put the tools that I use less often in the back compartment though. The mct, is the perfect 'dirty floor proof' bag !
It’s looking pretty dialed in ! One thing you might want to consider in the future, one of the Veto open topped tote bags ( very useful for transporting product , and large seldom used tools .
@@Tooligan2021helloyouTooligans yep , the big one . Very handy for slugging product , and large seldom used tools , eg: big hammer drills , band saws etc . I rig mine with a messenger rope so I can safely transit parts from the ground ! The odd time I also use mine as a shopping bag , for foodstuffs !
Oops , big fingers ! I always carry a Swiss Army Knife , and a Victorinox Spirit X Multitool , over the years , I’ve bodged all kind of stuff , saved me many trips back to the tool box/ bag . Might raise a few eyebrows in the UK , but I use them almost daily ! Being as you were a Squady , you probably know what I mean !
Being ex military and having that mind set I could definitely use this as a tactical bag as the swap out panels would be very useful and it is extremely well built 👌
@@SIR_TOOLS sorry I should re phrase that hand guns, I actually seen you Veto promotion video on CZcams with Roger Brouard going over the gun usage Veto has
Ok i have to ask, how do you like the wera screwdrivers? They look terrible, the buldge in the middle looks to be the most un-ergonomic thing ive ever seen in a hand tool. Am I way off?
Good question, Firstly I would say like with any screwdriver handle it is how it feels to you personally, I find them great and I no alot of others also do, they are one of my favourites. I would say if you can try before you buy see if anyone you work with has any or at least pop into your wholesalers and see if you can just feel what there like. Let me know how you get on.
@@Tooligan2021helloyouTooligans thanks man, I've seen quite a few people that carry them and seem to love them. I personally love the Klein grip. As far as supply houses, the ones I use here dont carry wera tools so I may just have to run into someone in the field that has them and see how they feel. As often as I see them they must be different than I am imagining.

I've been considering using one as a bug out/survival bag they seem rugged enough to fit the bill.

Also look at the Veto Tech MCT for carrying guns. 👍

Would you be able to fit a compactor in the back
Yes that would definitely fit, I have one in there 😀
What one do you prefer out the two, MC or the original one ?
They both have the pros and cons but I do like the original can get a bit overloaded as you can get alot I there

They're fine, but wiha slimifix style with it's red insulation perfectly aligned with the tip are clearly the best.
