Oil in a pan
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1small cinnamon
Cumin
Onion cubes
Cook a bit
Handful cashew
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Cook a bit
Add water
2-3 green chillies
cool the mixture then blend it
Sieve it, discard the roughage
Take oil in a pan add 1tbsp butter
Add the sieved mixture
Bring it to boil
Add 2tbsp yoghurt and mix
Cook
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1tsp coriander powder
Add kasuri methi
Add Malai/condensed milk
Stir, bring to boil
Add paneer cubes
Add garam masala 1/4 tsp
Serve with saffron strands
Cook for 2 mins
