The sad part is: Yorick probably looks at the damage graph and says "I had the most damage, there's no way I was useless"
I have a friend who is hard stuck gold who does this. Most damage on chart, no effect in the game. Claims he wins every game, his team is always bad.

@@davidbeppler3032 People will happily lose the game, as long as they pad their own stats so they can blame the rest of the team. It's much harder to swallow your pride and play for the team.

not carrying actually, just few steals, sol was the game changer not yuumi, if they had a better mid champ who can fight not just kite and steal, they could have easily won instead of blaming yorick lol just saying

He didnt even want to play yuumi, he said his champ got banned. That Yorick was useless in every team fight except maybe one, that's a lot of wasted death timer that could've been getting towers or at least pulling champs away from team fights.

I agree with you. But, I think it is also important to note things like this are typically only possible with a skill gap. I'm not saying its impossible, but, I do find it highly improbable that in a game full of challenger players in ranked, there would ever be an AD Yuumi mid. Because the Yuumi player would no doubt be severely punished, as players of similar skill no doubt know how to do just that, maximize all the negatives of picking AD Yuumi mid, and since you mentioned challengers, at that level, they should know how to make the most out of any champ they play, and understand the limits of champs, even somewhat know the limits of those they probably don't play often.
Here, in this game I certainly agree tho, Zwag can play the worst champ and do better than both teams. Zwag's micro and macro are so much higher than all these, I am assuming average of silver players, that it makes up for the disadvantages of picking AD Yuumi mid. It is as you say, the player behind the champ, for this game, at this mmr.
And it helps he's playing in bronze... Lol
@@mattjohnson8777 challengers shouldnt even bee considered in this discussion, they do not represent the majority. And for the majority, the match up really means nothing. The better player will win the lane excluding outside factors like ganking.
To be fair, Yorick has an absolute toxic mentality, but a Yuumi pick even with the kills he picked off when the enemy player where low health did not really contribute to the team. So i'd be pissed off aswell if someone picked a yuumi mid in a ranked game. but then i don't have the right to flame if i played as terrible as Yorick.
@@cresentj Yup. That's my point. You simply said it better. I only cited the challenger stuff since that's what the top comment mentioned.
tldr: I was trying to say that this will never be seen in high elo because games will get dodged, or if it makes it to game, the Yuumi will get destroyed because both players are presumed to be of near equal skill.
And only reason it sort of worked, if even that... (honestly kills on Yuumi AD didnt' seem to help all that much) is because of that massive skill gap. As it was a game with vast difference in mmr between players.

THe players that trash talk in champ select and flame other peoples picks are usually the worst players in the lobby. They know they cant win on their own so when they see an off meta pick, in their heads that lowers the chances of them being carried even more. I hope people report this yorick for abusive chat
My favorite is players who do not understand someone who plays one or two champs only and someone in champ select thinks they are a bad pick because meta has moved and the champs are bad now. Like WTF muscle memory and familiarity with the champ counts for a lot.

The worst thing is they don't even know the potency of the off meta pick they just flame, I picked Annie sup on the first day of the patch and my adc had a mental breakdown, fast forward a few days later and it's the most broken support in the game

Well, they've been buffing some AP items recently, so it's kinda great atm. Not the best state of course, but waaaaay better than a few months ago

If you think about it, it isn't that difficult to grasp and if you explain it to people they understand it. It's just hard to put it into practice unfortunately when ego and emotions blur our vision :( very common to see in team vs team games especially MOBAs

Why don't you make a series where you play every champion in the game from a-z every day the next. Also might be an idea to add playlists to your channel where you add videos from every champion in it's own list therefore is someone wants to see multiple videos from you of the same champ it's easier to find

I played Yummi main before the recent nerf for months and loved it. However, Yuumi had a bad rep and alot of my teammates hated playing with me to the point they would sacrifice our win due to the fact they felt so bad having a Yuumi on their team. They would force us to lose to prove their negative thinking right. Mentally they give up and throw because they think of how weak they are because of Yuumi but really it is just their mental game is TRASH. Adaptability is needed to win bro. Wisen up noobs.

Most people don't know how to play Yuumi. Yuumi doesn't need to manage other champs because they are un-targetable when using their primary ability "You and Me!". A Yuumi should play as an extension of whichever champ they latch onto, take zero credit for anything good that happens, and be willing to sacrifice themselves for the team if absolutely necessary (that said, ensuring there is next to zero throwing going on. if you die once, let that be the last and only time because it sets everyone back.) I feel like this is all painfully obvious, but I'm always surprised at people who don't think this way.@@aaabbb-zc7sx

We kinda have that with Shadowflame boosting the pen when someone gets a shield but completely deleting a shield like with Fang would be nice

Now here is a fun build you should try out: *Assassin Quinn*
Best runes are: Electrocute, Sudden Impact, Eyeball and Treasure Hunter (or Relentless Hunter) - Then you go Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm for maximum damage. 10% attack speed, Adaptive and whatever resist against your lane opponent.
Build path is something like this:
Against a more aggressive opponent, start Tear, since you would be spending much more mana. And against a farming opponent, start Doran's Blade.
Now, you need to finish your Duskblade as fast as you can, since this will increase the burst damage significantly, as well as your Boots of Swiftness, for that extra movespeed.
Second full item should be either Manamune or Collector (build the other one 3rd).
Fourth item can be any of the armor pen items (situational, dependant on the enemy comp) - Against nimble opponents, go Seryldas, against healing, go mortal reminder, and against high-HP opponents, go Lord Dom's.
Finally, fifth item is also situational, and down to personal preference. But the ideal ones are the following: Infinity Edge (especially if you had Lord Dom's), Ravenous (for the extra AD), Black Cleaver (if you need additional armor pen), Shojin (if you need more CDR), or Ghostblade if you need the extra speed.
It works really well, due to your high mobility (after level 6), and it is easy to burst down enemies fast with your combo (E + auto + Q + auto, or E + Q + auto, if the target is squishy). It is so easy to get really fed playing this build. It does fall off late game, but if you maintain a good lead, you should be able to carry the game pretty well.
I have this every day. My top laner blames my Rakan mid, but than he is usually the one losing :'D

You should try assasin sona again with AD. Q gives only like 40% of AP but if you do auto atk you get 100% of AP to the attack, so it's not even worth to make any ability power for sona. Your Q will hit more with just normal atk+ atk dmg and your normal atks will do something as well not just Q. I played few games with it and it worked, they never saw it coming lol.
