Some of my fave freshies in high heat, Y Eau Fraiche, Dior Homme Cologne, I samples JCM Ice as well and if I wouldn’t have DHC I possibly would purchase that instead (and save a good 40 bucks).

So people don't get confused that is a vintage bottle of Faconnable, the current formulatio is in a different more rectangular shaped bottle. I've not smelled it since the 90's, but I used to love it back then, may need to get a bottle and rekindle that love.

Not at all.
I sampled a handful of JC fragrances and some comes across a bit cheap smelling, or let’s say not very high quality.
You can barely tell the difference in quality between JCM Ice and DHC.

Ps I seen samples available so not recommending blind buying altho for the price it’s blind buy worthy imo (from discounters that is, of course).

Not really. It's a worthy fresh citrus blind buy cheapie.
It lasts a while too if you spray liberally. Don't worry about overspraying.
