I Fought One of The BEST Dark Souls Bosses

Hello everyone! First of all, thank you so much for tuning in, and thank you for all the recent support. In this video, we venture into the Untended Graves to fight Champion Gundyr and then to Lothric Castle for Dragon Slayer Armor! These two bosses are some of my favorite in the entire series and fighting them both back to back was such an amazing experience. If you’re interested, I have a whole playlist on my first Dark Souls 3 Playthrough. This game has so many amazing boss fights and I can’t wait to experience Ariandel and The Ringed City!

Your video popped up in my feed and I’m so happy I started watching you’re amazing no doubt. Dark Souls 3 was my first souls game I played and it is my favorite. Though I’ve only played DS3, Bloodborne 2 and Elden Ring. For sure I will say you think base game bosses are sick wait until you play the DLCs. The bosses and just environment are out of this world no doubt. Can’t wait till the next vid!!!

Thank you! I can’t wait to get into the DLC, I just got done fighting Nameless King and he stressed me out lol. I’m definitely not ready to fight Gael or Midir, but we will push through!

you can tell wich chest is a mimic by the chain. If the chain points backwards it is a normal chest, if it points to the front it is a mimic

Bro you must create Dragonslayer Greataxe from the Soul of this boss, it's one of the most overpowered weapon in Game industry

I think that would be perfect for my strength build, I currently just upgraded my Exile Greatsword to +9 and it’s amazing so far

@@artificial7x For weapons from souls of the bosses including Dragonslayer Greataxe required titanite scale which you can get by killing big crystal lizards

Actually parrying can be just as cheap as summoning, if you use a parry shield like the Target Shield or Buckler it becomes hilariously easy to stop all his attacks and just riposte him to death. I did that the first time I beat him and it was not satisfying whatsoever. This year I actually managed to beat him with pure dodging and retaliating which felt like a much more real victory based on skill.

I feel the same way, I beat Elden Ring as my first souls game and deeply regret always using summons for my first experience. I never really used parrying in any of the games except in Bloodborne, but only because it’s so satisfying to shoot them lol
