    I so enjoy learning from you Stephanie. I have watched other channels and keep coming back to yours. You really are such an excellent teacher. I appreciate when you thoughtfully slow down at critical points to help us make sure to do the stitching right! Your designs are so beautiful. I have made many a friend happy to receive a gift of Bronzepony designed jewelry. I always give credit where credit is due and that is you!

    My all time favorite spiral rope pattern. You can use all kinds of beads for the spiral. Miyuki drops, or bugle beads, or the little Miyuki cubes really look cool on the spiral. Thanks for sharing!

    Just completed a spiral necklace using your technique here. Loved it. I've just spent about half an hour looking on my you tube spiral of music videos, kdramas, random documentaries. To get me to this video. The irony is I was just in your page and I know to search for a stitch, and you have just explained what to do at the beginning of this video 🤷‍♀️ I am such a numpty ... p.s numpty means idiot in English 😂

    I’m so hooked on your videos. You are a great teacher I fell in love with beads many years ago and I’m self taught. I learned doing the Russian netting patterns. I can’t read a word of it but I loved the necklaces. I never tried anything different and life got busy and I stopped beading, but I’ve pulled all beads out again after watching one of your videos and I’m learning the way I should have in the beginning thanks you and CZcams which didn’t exist back when I started. Thank you! 🦋

    One of the most daunting things about starting with seed beads is how much to buy. When you, Stephanie, go into a bead store and see a new seed bead color that you like, and want to have on hand, without any definite project in mind, how much do you buy of 6/0, 8/0 or 11/0? Do you have an amount for each size that you usually buy, just to have on hand in case you come up with a new idea?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  Před 4 lety +1

      +Pobre Viejo Yes, it can be daunting with all the color choices. I buy at least 10 grams of 15/0, 11/0, 8/0, 6/0 in metallics (gold, silver, bronze, copper) as that is the finish I used most. For accent colors I buy 5 to 10 grams if I see a new color I like. Miyuki 11/0 has about 110 beads per gram so 10 grams gives me a lot to work with. The larger you go the less beads you get per gram. Hope this helos😃🌻🙏

      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  Před 4 lety +1

      You can add a cup button or any clasp as you would on any bracelet. Add a few seed beads the clasp and a few seeds. Sew through the core beads to attach. You could add an 8mm crystal as well. Look at some of my other bracelet videos for adding different clasps. Hope this helps 🌺
