    ls it true that salt must be added in the end as the liver gets tougher.That water must not be used to cook liver. that it must be cooked uncovered...?

      Hi Ch Asad - Aap ka matlab hai chicken ki Kaleji? agar aap ka matlab hai chicken ka gosht, to bilkul all bana saktey hain - bas aap ko zara ziyada der tak pakana hoga. Masala bilkul aakhir main dalain jab chicken bilkul gal jaaye
