My personal favorite practice for insults is to take a random adjective and a random noun and slap them together. Literally just stream of consciousness insults. The longer the words I can come up with the better. The best one I came up with was probably "Get your ass out of the stupid club you heterosexual penguin!"
If I don't follow that then my favorite one is probably "dickshelf."
