I am a great giver of motherly hugs and I would love to embrace you my friend. Please close your eyes and allow yourself to feel comforted. I empathize and I understand that it has been difficult.
You are allowed to take a moment to really _feel the feelings_ and go through the process in order to then place them away because in the back of your mind because we have to protect your own energy.
Grief and disappointments make us vulnerable so I ask you to protect yourself well at home. Place a glass of water in every window and allow the sun and water to help energize you.
Let water help clean your worries away, bonus energy points for walking in the rain.

That got me right away because it has been 5 years! The past 7 months have been sort of a transition period and it does feel like I’m starting to be able to breathe now, so this monthly update started out resonating even more than usual.
I’m in the being re-energized and I’m re-emerging in joy and love after being in a long stretch of feeling the pain of many people and heart-broken by Mother Earth suffering.
This joyful Light is gorgeous. I am having a bit of a slow down or loss of sleep but I just take a time out. So much is supportive to my creativity. Have lost my brother John in March. I was strangely hopeful after the initial shock, and the energy for my family changed because John more than struggled all his life no matter how we tried to help him. Now, my entire family feels him being set completely free. Really we do. Each of my siblings has a message or a very active connection to Spirit and to John peace of mind and light. We are in gratitude to our ancestors on🤗🙏🏼✨in the other plane for supporting us and welcoming John into that realm of grace. Thank you Lee for all that you bring to us with your podcasts, music, channeling and teaching programs. Namaste. 💐🙏🏼Blessing to everyone and as Pam Gregory asked us to remember:

Light to me is the life energy of truth and integrity. Water the lifeblood that oxygenises the life force. Together they represent God and restoration of peace and equilibrium.
Yes, you're right when you said "try the past 5 years!' This has been a very difficult 5 years for me, especially the past 2. At this point I am close to breaking point. I am ready to receive the help I need from the Universe, from the angels and those in my life whom the angels are able to work through, so that I can finally get back on my feet and enjoy life again.
Pam Gregory, is great to listen to regards the cosmic/planetary energy influences at different times. April 19th eclipse = new beginnings ...It's worth a listen and helpful for me anyway to relate whats happening in my personal life to bigger picture, energies etc. ❤❤
"Hope" leaves room for fear of failure. "Faith" is the knowing that the power of Light will prevail and thus dispel fear. Just something to think about.
Its been a hard few years and especially a hard few months. I have been in my dark night of the soul. Thank you Lee, you are like a breath of fresh air with your message! Lots of love! ❤
I have been feeling it too, it got really bad around a week ago but in my darkest moment I meditated and got shown into the field of consciousness surrounding the planet. It is future us along with a lot of other spiritual powers, Our mission now is to meditate on alpha hrz and accept the energy.
Use water, drink it, breathe deep in the shower, submerge, emerge.

I understand, I’ve been in a dark night of the soul since 2007. Except for six months in 2014 and 2020, and about 8 weeks in 2022, it’s been absolutely brutal. Wanting to leave the planet and making plans kind of brutal.
I too have felt a lightening of the heart in recent days after having a terrible few months. I’m moving homes in a couple of days and while I’ve been terrified of the change, I also know it’s the start of a new phase in my life.
Everything you and I have been through has not been without purpose. I wish that you too feel a renewed sense of hope. I truly had lost all of it in the last couple of years, and believed my broken spirit would never mend.

Lee, I love what you say about hope. I think we sometimes think hope is passive, that it doesn’t have power. But indeed it is an active energy and powerful when I actually deeply feel hope. It is a connecting, creative energy. Thank you Lee for offering these monthly updates. Gratitude❤
Losing hope is the worst thing I've ever experienced. Staring death in the face and accepting that I was dying despite my burning sense of unfinished business. It drains energy.
I am getting so many visions now of water, that we should be drinking it, bathing/showering, breathing deep, taking walks in the rain and placing water in glasses in our windows. Do not drink that water, it is cleansing the our homes, dunk it down.
We can flip out judgement to compassion. Compassion for the self and others. The ego will probably always judge but the soul can have compassion for that part of us.
As I'm watching this I'm working out me judging myself for judging my partner for eating fast food lol. I'm saying "he's perfect as he is and I'm perfect as I am. All is perfect. Be easy." Thank you Lee and the Z's for this loving message :)

I feel excitement about April! March has been intense!
Having hope still feels that whatever your desiring is still not present therefore I choose to hold FAITH in knowing whatever my desires are is on its way to me. Hope implies it's not here.....Faith implies it's already here so all I have to do is move out of my own way of the energy of lack (which is fear) which then naturally ALLOWS it to come to fruition 🙏
On Wednesday of this week, I was in such a "bad mood", frustrated, completely not myself, then the very next day, I was totally fine. It was like two different people. I'm sort of new to this, but it's very interesting as we "transition" from THE MATRIX to THE GREAT AWAKENING, to be cognizant to this and understand it. I've got to take more deep breaths and stay calm.
Money has energy, I bless my $$ and release them, having faith in the ever flowing abundance of its energy circulating about the globe.. sending blessings to all who receive it and envision them putting it to good use and " paying" it forward 😊🙏🙏🙏
I remember a few years ago. You telling me, good things are coming to me.

I am actually shocked but in a good way by the messages you make here. I haven’t come across another human being ever who actually tunes in to the same energy field or whatever you call it that I do. I’ve been asked by my guides to share these exact messages. And I’m trying to come out of hermit mode haha. I’m all introverted out. My former husband passed away a little over three years ago. And just as you mentioned, I have been stuck in it. Trying to leave the valley and once again climb the mountain. Such a beautiful confirmation to listen to this. Regarding money I recently heard this idea - money is gratitude. Soooo if you go to the restaurant and buy the meal you remember that you’re paying for it is a gratitude. When you pay for housing, remember that you’re grateful for housing. Grateful for electricity. Etc. I liked this so thought I’d share ❤

Hope, yes, I like to spread this energy around, people are quite negative when they start talking about world situations etc. but it's important to stay positive as we are Creators with our beliefs, focus on creating the new, not how things are just now.
Hope is just another jarring energy, Lee.give it up for freedom.

Understand why we weren't able to listen to this until now as it was only yesterday we did one of our audio journals saying similar about money & even though we may pay for something & then not use it how we expected to doesn't mean it was a waste of money that there's an unseen energetic exchange going on that we aren't all fully aware of yet in this one body. So your extra wording & detail with tangible example was perfect added extra to our foundation.
Which is also so beautifully aligned as we have just finished the 4th week of Tori Hartman's 52 wk chakra tool kit journey, but 3rd out of 7 parts of the red root chakra where one biggy here is financial security.

Thank you Lee, you are always spot on. When I was listening my focus did go in and out but the bit I needed to hear I was totally tuned in. Boundaries!! Then you used a scenario with a conversation with an Uncle!!! I had exactly that he even put his anger on to me like you said. It was in the morning and all day I was so drained and ill. I'm an energy healer and energy medium but I didn't do anything to get rid of that energy until the end of the day after suffering from a migraine. I should have known better. It was a huge wake up call ❤

21-ish. Boundaries. I just saw the quote passing around where someone said "I would rather adjust my life to your absence, than adjust my boundaries to accomodate your disrespect" so yea.
Lee mentioned abundance and money. For a long time (too long!), we have placed money on a pedestal, revering it as the sole form of abundance. This restricts our experience.
Abundance comes in many forms. Helpfulness. Support in material and emotional terms. Swap meets. The healing power of nature. Guides and angels.
Money is undoubtedly important and it will continue to be so for some time yet. We can, however, remind ourselves that it is a belief system, not an absolute. Thus, we can vary the ways we use it. National debts can be cancelled. Wealth can be re-distibuted. The value of a human being vs the 'value' of digits in a bank's computer can be appreciated.
Widening our appreciation of abundance reminds us of the actual resources we have.😊

Definitely feeling exhaustion following the death of my partner of 12+ years. Just a thought of him, e.g. a father's day card from his girls 30+ years old, brings the tears. I'm learning to honor my new sleeping patterns. Also learning to be careful when interpreting what the need for sleep means. The tears always bring a confirmation of the love I feel for him and gratitude.

Ha! Im glad my name is Hope! Now I understand what my name means yes in April I'm looking forward to spring but may gets better cause I start my garden inside with lights and I get excited! Then may those baby plants go outside! And it is so exciting to see them grow but I love watching the tress get there buds and in may everything starts looking beautiful! The other night I saw 2 deer in the middle of night from my 3rd floor patio!

During March I really felt the be OUT THERE..mixing with people..travelling..hosting meals,events generally experiencing a joyful and lively time whilst recognising what was coming through me and for me and the very real and deep transformation happening everywhere....
In these last few days I've suddenly been utterly exhausted yet feel like I'm riding a wave and begun to turn my energies back inwards and connect more to planting and tending to my garden and holding space for people quietly and gently.
I got the message of “washing machine” from my guides too; it was such a funny image for that wild ride energetically!

Wow! I've never felt so judged from the outside world the past few weeks. It's been difficult navigating my emotions around this but I am glad this too shall pass
Thank you so much for this! It's funny, when you were talking about opening up to messages arriving within AND around us, I experienced it quite the other way round: I have always looked out for messages on the outside and am just lately starting to realize that I can not only receive wisdom via the outside world, but through turning into my intuition and my body - which feels lifechanging. I feel like I have been so deep in fear within the last six to seven months that I am finally starting to realize that there has to be another guidance within myself: not the voice of fear, but instead the voice of my intuition.
I now recognise my intuition comes from a place of love and the fears are from the ego. I'm learning to trust myself and love myself. ❤️👏
